Left a message. Call from Martin Leibowitz. Calling about a pre-legal matter in the office and wanted to know if I wanted to take advantage of an out of court settlement before the paperwork is filed, Call back. Really? What a scam!

Just a very rude message that it is in my best interest to call 919.229.4802.  No name, firm, etc.

don't call them back.  if you answer the phone then just tell them they are being reported.   DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR PHONE NUMBER.   EVEN THOUGH THEY DIALED IT, THEY WILL STILL ASK........THIS GIVES THEM MORE LEVERAGE.  JUST SAY " NO RESPONSE"  & tell them they are being reported NOW

Exact same message received today, April 24, 2019 with same guy's name    Thanks for posting your comment including the guys name (probably fake).  Thought it was scam but wasn't 100% sure. Your comment confirmed my thoughts. These calls are so annoying!

SCAM!!!  Any real company would tell you what it is about and the name of the company.  It is a Robo-call.  If you call them they will make up anything they can to try to scare you into "settling" by giving them your credit card!  I think it's the same guy who recorded the "Jordan Marks, process server" scam calls.

Ugh!  Really.  I received the same message today April 24, 2014.

Got the same message as James. He may want to try leaving a different name next time. Martin Leibowitz is a managing director for Morgan Stanley.....

Same thing, I could here shortly before he left v.m in the background that same message being played before he grabbed the phone to leave message with us

Exact message for me. Has called several times over a three month period. Why do people have to be so crude?

This number has called me at least 10 times in 2 months leaving the exact same message. I finally called them back today and was told that "Martin" was a process server and was not in the office but a guy named "Darren York" is the one who I spoke with and when I told him that they were going to be reported and that they were just a scam he hung up on me. They called asking for me originally but when he read my number off he said they were trying to get ahold of my girlfriend Samantha. TOTAL SCAM!!

I got the call today with the same message. I called back to see what the scam was. He asked me if I knew someone with the same first name as my sister. I wouldn't give him any info. Said they were go to swear out an arrest warrant on her. He hung up when I started questioning him and didn't give him answers to his questions.
