CBCS - Credit Bureau Collection Service. Has called several times never leaves a message. Called number back and asked the company name.

It's a scam.  They did it to me..got my info and began charging me $9.95 per month.  I just happened to notice a preauthorized "pending" $9.95 due in 3 days.  I called my bank and was given 800-261-1575 to call.  Thick Asian accent woman told me I signed up for this.  I didn't even know what it was. I asked for the name & websiteaddress, which is a box for username & password..no access to website. "DIRECTORY TO SUCCESS" online money-making directory to success. SCAM!!! I don't even like being online unless absolutely necessary, much less making money online. I told them this is shady and a scam and that they snagged my information from somewhere else.  She got smart-alec & said, "how else would we have your personal information?!"  Then asked if anyone in my family had access to my private information & would've signed me up.  Nope! Agent #974 cancelled me but only gave this month's upcoming charge a 50% refund.  I demanded to talk to a mgr, was told there wasn't one.  I've worked telemarketing decades ago for cable & Sears, I know better.  I insisted to speak to management..after a 17 min hold, the woman sounded exactly the same as whom I was just speaking to..agent #974.  Hmm. I told her to override & give my full $9.95 back only to get a parroted response of "I'm sorry".  She refused and hung up on my.  My bank advised my to cancel my account because there was a good chance they'd wait 3-6 mos and try to charge me again and possibly even more money.  

Also,,I had some voicemails from some scratchy, noisy background thick Asian accent message that I couldn't even understand which sound similar to Mel...I had no clue what they were even saying, it'd take govt equipment to decipher what they're actually even saying on these voicemails.  I had perhaps 3-5 of these. They are not a collection agency.  See my previous post about the real deal.  SCAM!! My bank gave me the contact #800-261-1575. Online money-making directory to success..there isn't even an accessible website that I could find. SCAM! SCAM! SCAM!
