Yes, this is the Sister Study (for volunteers who have a sister who has/was diagnosed with breast cancer).  I joined the study.  My only problem with them so far is that they call from various numbers, none of which identify them as "Sister Study," and that they never leave a message saying who they are and why they are calling.

This number 919-287-5301   is from The Sister Study,  a large research study collecting data on sisters who have had a sister who had or died from breast cancer.  They are a real study-  not telemarketers. They are not asking for money either.

Large, multiyear scientific study. I volunteered to be interviewed because my sister is a breast cancer survivor. They are legitimate and well funded. I read about the study in the AARP journal.

Thanks for letting me know this I am a part of this study as my sister had breast cancer.  I will answer their call next time.  They are studying sisters to see if there is any connection to being raised in the same enviroment.

They also do the Two Sisters Study.

This number sent a txt/SMS ,, has anybody else had them do this also ??

It's the Sister Study that I am enrolled in.  They left me a message.

When I answered they asked to speak to either me or my husband and they said it was for farming people, we haven't farmed in years, they did not say one thing about breast cancer?

We are continually left messages regarding an "agriculture health study."   It must be funded by the government to find out who are the farmers, plus more information they just don't need to know!

looking at the posting dates this is puzzling. I do not have voicemail so cannot say if this was for the sister study that I am also in or for agriculture.

Strange the caller ID was social security admin, but woman identified herself as from Sister Study, which I'm a member of.  But she claimed I didn't return a questionnaire when I knew I had and then she asked for my social security number.  I hung up, sounds like a scam.
