Called saying they'd noticed I was surfing one of their job sites (nope, sure wasn't) and wanted to help with career progression. Kept talking over me as I asked to be removed from their list until I said I was on the do not call list and she finally stopped talking.

I answered and he started talking right away even cut me off. Then hung on me.. what and idiot!

Keep calling and calling no matter what I do. Reporting to attorney general.

They keep calling me! Yes they. They ask if I want to further my education, or if I'm interested in some sort of job!! Please make it stop!!!

I've rec'd calls from this number on my cell phone. I do not answer if I don't recognize a phone #. If it's that important they'll leave a message - which does  not happen!

This person keeps calling and we have asked and CALLED BACK to ask that our number be removed.  Some kind of for profit education???

I just let the phone ring since I didn't recognize the number. No message left.

The reason they kept talking over you, I suspect, is that there is not a real person at the other end of the line. Rather some sort of device that spouts out pre-recorded messages to mimic a live person, then interprets your replies to try to guide the "conversation" in a direction they want it to go. What "their" game is all about I have yet to discover. But I do believe the number they appear to be calling from was hijacked from a innocent person by a process called "porting." By appearing to call from your own area code they're hoping you'll think it's someone you know and answer the phone. So far, all it's been for me is annoying.
