Threatening Phone calls

I keep receiving threatening calls from this number. They call 30 times a day. Never leave messages and when I have answered they yell and scream at me. Saying I have commuted fraud and I need to send them money right away.

They are calling a place of business for an employee.  After numerous times of telling them i'm not allowed to take personal messages they continues to call (over a dozen times today).  so for now as soon as i know it's them i just hang up - but it's so frustrating to be wasting my time when i'm busy at work.  Also, it's a clear violation of the Fair Debt Collections & Practices Act to call that many times a day - shame on them

I have also been receiving calls at my place of employment from this same number, saying his name is jerry..He have been rude and yelling at my co-workers as well as me and my mgr..This is uncalled for and very disrecptful to my job..Which I COULD LOOSE from all his calls at my job..His name claims to be Jerry..This needs to stop or I will get a lawyer for harrassment calls at my job..Im not having it at all..My job is important and I wont except anymore calls at my job from him or anyone calling from this number. He calls all day on the minutue. He needs to be trained on how to speak with people when he calls their employment or don`t call at all..As Im writting this e-mail.He or someone from 919 378-1440 is calling every second..This has to stop now..Cause I will make the company he work for bussiness a mess, before I loose my job over this thing called..HARRASSMENT..Thank you very much..

So when these idiots call, tell them your lawyers name is sharpa mogadooshu.  I talk to them all the time when they call employees at my work and by the time I am done with them they are so frustrated they stop calling.  they end up hanging up on me.  John Michael White, Kathy Williams, Josh Brown...couldn't speak good enough english to understand them so I ask stupid questions and play clueless.  When they start talking about being with the US government, I ask if they work for Obama and if their office is in the white house.  If they threaten to come arrest someone I ask if I should pack them a lunch.  Just F#%K with them.  Doesn't take much to frustrate them.

I have gotten at least 10 or more phone calls from this place. They are threatening me with a lawsuit. when I asked what the company name was could barely understand her but it sounded like VFF.How do I get them to stop. They also have the last four didgets of my ss#.

I have received so many calls from these people..and I don't know how they got the last four of my social..at first when they would leave a message the last four they used was incorrect..but now they found out the correct four..I wish they would stop calling..if they really want to sound "authentic" then use a name that goes with the heavy accent..its ridiculous..if the US Government wanted to arrest me..having been with PD for years now..they don't warn you they just do it..

My daughter received a call today from these non- English speaking fools! Scared her so bad, she called me. They threatened her to pay back a loan that she never applied for, or she would be arrested for fraud. They demanded a down payment and the rest later, or when she went to court she would have to pay $3987. Well I don't know about India, or Pakastanies, but in America YOU DON'T MESS WITH MY KIDS! Yep, I called them. They got so upset with my articulated English and American Smarts, they hung up on me! Of course after they hollard in my ear and told me to never ever call this number again! Well you can imagine how humorous this was to me :) SO the moral of this story is,Don't believe everything you hear, 1/2 of what you see, and don't mess with Texas!!!

I was harassed by a Robert Jacobs and because I didn't make a payment he called all the extentions at my job.  Said he was going to do it every day, I spoke with my supervisor and she call the phone operator.  They have speed dial and call from a 011-0000 number.  Also they cursed people who answered the phone.  I think I'll get in touch with the FBI in Newark, NJ to see what they can do.  They said I would be arrested and sent to jail, lose my job and passport.

Just got 2 call from that number 919-378-1440  . I said you can go to hell  ,they said they will keep calling I said go to hell

I was contacted on my cell phone by a man identifying himself as Nelson Dele and he claimed to be a representative of an on-line payday loan company collecting a debt from me, the only information he would give me was the name "Cash Advance" otherwise he refused to give me a company name or address and he became more aggressive and was yelling violently and threatening my job and my safety and saying he was going to have me arrested for fraud. After contacting the on-line lending agency they confirmed that this man is not associated with them in any way and my account is in good standing. I was called more than 30 times and my place of employement was called relentlessly on 1/27/12. My place of work is a hospital where I am a pediatric nurse on the floor and due to the harassing calls the entire unit had to shut down the phone line and use the emergency phone system and patient care was directly effected by the problems caused by Mr Dele and his associates as there were 2 males and a female calling the hospital. I have filed reports with the FBI and King County Sheriff. I had to change my banking information as it had been compromised and my cell phone number due to the constant harassment. One of my coworkers was so upset by the threats, yelling and harassment of the callers she became physically ill (vomiting).  The phone calls were coming from multiple area codes, an unknown number and an international number. The calls started 1/25/12 and continued through 1/28/12 and stopped only after I changed my phone number. Threats included ruining my life, taking everything I have, forcing me to lose my job. He was demanding a payment of $630.00 and that I type and fax a letter authorizing payment. The numbers that called me include: 919-378-1440, 951-808-5286, 510-535-9232, 425-468-0164, 425-486-0670, 260-215-3409, 910-987-9132, 508-322-4831, 631-982-3007, 206-622-0460, 206-245-9917 and "Unknown".

These people keep calling me as well... Threatening that I am being sued, and I have committed fraud.  Funny, because if this was really true then wouldn't you get something official in the mail???  This is the 3rd person from this company to call me... All. with thick Indian accents but with really American Names.... Don't believe a word they say!!  Just wish I knew how to make them stop calling!

Calling between 26 and 48 times a day every other day for an employee. We have blocked certain numbers but they always find a way to get in. They are now coming in through our automated system. They are rude and talk over you when you try to say something. When asking for a supervisor the response is I want to talk to your supervisor (which they have on numerous occasions) They have been told that we are not accepting their calls and we hang up, but the calls continue. We have filed a complaint to the the Fed. Trade Commission and with our state Div of Consumer Affairs Collection Division.

I recived a call today frm this number, the day before it was a diffrent number but the scam is the same I told the man (jerry) that I had already notified the better business breau and the goverment in regards to the calls.  And told him not to call me again.  I guess they keep at it until you threaten them then they gather up another number and call again.  They really make the job of customer service rep. look bad, makes you want to change your phone number or just stop using the phone.
I am starting to think that those people are making money for every call they make and more if they can convence someone to give up their rights to privicy.

I received a very disturbing call from this phone number above about my loan being doubled because the tried to pull the money from my account came back insufficient funds gentlemen gave me a name allen volvar said they are threaten to take me to court I had to pay 635 dollars if I don't pay this they will get me under 3 letigations for under fraud federal guidelines,check fraud and theft if I don'tpay they are taking me to court scared me half to death so something said something person kept calling back and forth harrassing the staff here on my job I thought I would pull all my hair out my head Jesus bogus call

Whatever You do ..DO NOT SEND ANY MONEY..This is a overseas scam they do not have proof of a loan so they are trying to scare you i know this because it happened to me around Christmas time but from a different number they would call my phone 50 times a day and would call my job to where all the lines was full..Tell you job about the calls so you will not get in trouble and if need be tell the job if they call again say you was fired or no longer work there...i am now starting to get the calls again from a different number but i will not answer the phone eventually it will stop but if you are receiving calls from a number you do not know dot answer...and report to the FBI and the calls i did that also...but remember "DO NOT SEND MONEY" IF IT WAS A REAL DEPT YOU WOULD HAVE RECEIVED A LETTER IN THE MAIL OR A EMAIL AND DEPT COLLECTORS DON'T ASK FOR YOU TO WRITE A LETTER ALLOWING THEM TO TAKE THE MONEY..Take a stand I hope this helps
