Got a weird text from this person. "Wasssaah friends call me Brooke"
I don't know this person. I deleted it.

i also got one saying "hello mah name is brooke"

my husband got a text the other day saying hi my name is Brooke. he asked how she got his # & if he knew her. she said she was bored & got his # from facebook (not true cuz his # isnt on there) & that she could change him not knowing her. I got a text this morning saying hi Im Brooke. dont know where they are getting #s from

Just found a text on my husband's phone with the same exact thing! It's fairly old and I didn't find it snooping....he's basically iphone-challenged and doesnt know how to clear out old texts so he asked me to do and that's when I saw a text from Jan 28th, 2014 that only read, "sup friends call me brooke" from the phone number 919-391-2744. He never did respond to it so I guess, he figured someone texted the wrong number. Kinda funny he wasnt even curious though! hahaha I'd be texting that idiot back in 2 seconds if I had gotten it! lol  I guess it's some weird auto-dialer, texter robot [***] named brooke who wants to send millions of dollars from Nigeria if we'll just pay taxes and banking fees (whatever that scam is all about). LOL It's never contacted his phone again though, so its a good thing he didnt respond. Still, Im curious wtf that deal is all about - too weird.

I got the same exact messages today as all of you.  I told them why dont you go f*** yourself

Got a text saying "hiya my name is brookE" -- went back and forth trying to find out who this was, said she found me on FB as well. Haven't been on FB in years, obviously never had my # on it. This is a SCAM to get your credit card; she sent me a link to sign up on some localhiddencams.com site. Told her to send me a naked pic first, then I would sign up (haha), still waiting for it!
