919-432-4361

Came from "Anonymous." Yeah, I wanted to answer that. Left no message.

Received a call from this number, had Private as name, put on the DO NOT CALL LIST!!!!

I called it back and it said Time warner Cable, wonder why Anonymous???????

Telemarking I'm sure, already have your services and it suck. Its too expensive and you call and want more.

I do not answer call that do not give complete name.

Time Warner Cable telemarketing.

I don't answer any number that I don't recognize....if it's Time Warner, why don't they make their name come up with the number....ain't answering

Now why would they think a number identified as Anonymous would be answered? I've gotten a call from this number everyday recently.

keep getting a call from this number (everyday), sorry Time Warner if it's you, come up anonymous, I'm still not answering...

quit calling me....as long as you show up anonymous I'm not answering.....getting tired of this everyday thing

I've been getting these calls every day for at least a month.  I have ignored them until now. The number (919-432-4361) shows up on the I.D. as Anonymous.  They don't leave a message.  I called the number back today to find out who they are.  They identify themselves as Time Warner Cable and then music starts playing.  I hung up at that point, knowing that this is not how Time Warner normally operates.  I called the real Time Warner to let them know what was happening and find out what they know.  The representative checked their company database for the phone number in question.  She came back saying that it is not a phone number that is operated by anyone at Time Warner Cable.  She placed me on hold to look further into the matter.  She came back and said that another company somehow got a hold of their customer database about a month ago.  Basically, they've been hacked.  The real Time Warner Cable is aware of this and they have been investigating it for at least a month.  She said they don't know how the breach occurred, but their legal department was already aware of it.  She explained that this company is telling customers that they will get a free ipad or iphone if they subscribe to Time Warner Cable through them instead of calling Time Warner directly.  It's not an authorized company and they are only looking to get a hold of your financial information.  The number appears to come from certain cities within North Carolina, but there are reports of it being traced to outside of the U.S.  That's what I was told.  So keep ignoring this number when it shows up on your caller ID, or you can block it.  I would also call TWC to report it.  If you're concerned about whether your account information is safe, call them and demand to know.

Some sort of VoIP number. They rent them out by the thousands sometimes .When it called me it was some damn congress woman looking for a handout during meal time. Awful.
