The my bank account info saying I owe them money ..... I never heard of this people in my life.

calling my place of employement twenty times a day...have no idea who they are..will not give a company name...will hang up and call back every two minutes./...how do i report this number and charge these idiots with harrasment

These people are harrassing and relentless. The caller speaks in a very thick accent there is an extreme amount of noice in the backround. They are NOT professionals!!! They leave messages on my voicemail and mark them as "urgent". They call between 20 and 30 times per day, at my home... and just this morning they called my work phone 5 times in a row each time a different phone number came up on the caller ID! They get extremely rude and act as if they are OWED my attention, Personally, I have no dealings with these people and they are not legit!

This number keeps calling and threatening me. They have my S.S.# and birthdate.Now they are calling my place of employment.

Called me four times on my cell phone and once at work.  I work at a law office.  I am taking my cell phone out to the police station as I don't have anything illegal and never had in my life.  They have illegally obtaining my information from somewhere and they can call all they want.  I know I haven't done anything illegal to worry about it.  Waste of their time.  His name is Andrew and he sure sounds like an Officer Cooper who called me quite some time ago spouting the exact same lines.  Business is Legal Department of BFF in North Carolina.

THEY KEEP CALLING ME ALSO AT WORK, WHEN I TOLD THEM TO STOP CALLING ME AT WORK, I CAN LOOSE MY JOB, THEY SAID PREPARE TO LOOSE YOUR JOB THEN. WHEN THEY ASKED TO SPEAK TO MY MANAGER I TOLD THEM HE WAS OUT OF THE OFFICE, WHICH HE WAS, HE CALLED ME A LIAR AND SAID I DONT BELEIVE YOU, GIVE ME YOUR MANAGER NOW.
WE HAVE 3 LINES AT WORK, THEY CALL ALL 3 OVER AND OVER AGAIN.

These people are calling my restaurant looking for one of my employees.  They call no less than 30 times a day, one call after another.  How can I stop this?  The employee has talked to them but that doesn't seem to help.

They keep calling me - it is  a scam.  How do you stop it?

These are some persistant SOB's. They are even just calling and hanging up. Gonna block all call with a (919) area code. I am even video taping these harassing calls. An attorney can definetly do somthing about it. A waste of time and money for my business. Even type this $hit is a waste of time.

Its going on to me for about 5 months off and on. Its getting real. I told them my local sheriffs department is investigating and he told be that i was a dumb [***]  and that he would come leave a bomb on my front door!!! Has anyone done anything to see whats going on or how to stop this!!

What you need to do is call your local police department and file an harassment report. Give the local authorities the date, time and number they are calling from. My husband is having the same problem with the people calling from this number. We contacted the local authorities and they are now working with detectives down in Raleigh, NC.

I have also contacted the F.B.I. and told them that they have been sexually harassing me with unwanted talk and saying they love to have sex with my 10yr. old daughter. One guy said that he was "f****ing me" while he was on the phone to my daughter thinking he had my husband. I recorded the entire conversation and handed the tape over to the police.

They claimed they have a law suit pending against me,  I told Andrew to go to hell he replied you are going to jail for check fraud I replied eat @#$t and die the hung up. But something needs to be done about these scam calls, how do I prevent this from continuing

You have to have your phone company block any calls from that area code.

This person has been calling our restaurant in D.C. relentlessly.  He ties up all 3 lines so that we can't get any incoming calls or make any outgoing calls.   We have lost business, wasted a lot of time, due to this..but the final straw was when he threatened to firebomb my restaurant.  We called our phone provider, Comcast, to block the calls but they  are unable to block it.  The police took a report rep# 067-114, Officer Toby Green badge # 5343) but then say they cannot do anything.  I called the FBI (202-278-2000)who said it is not their matter and referred me to the FTC where I filed a complaint (ref # 37654669, spoke with Randy) but Randy said they cannot do anything, that I should call a lawyer.    Typical pass the buck, I'm on my own.

Been getting calls that I received a cash advance from there company. Know it a scam because I never use a cash advance place

these guys are crazy they give american names but have foreign accents they are calling my job also and said will continue to do so bull we need to end it

These same people called my office today 100 x in 20 minutes. Was at home sick
when I was informed I tried to call these people back and ask them the name of the company which they refused to give me or what this was about and got very angry at me for asking questions and while I was on the phone with them he said he was going to tear the phone lines up again, which he did.
I filed a complaint with the States Attorney office who stated they have had a lot of complaints about this number and Dept of Fraud  I doubt if I have a job left after today

I work at a Staffing Company and different people from this number 919-746-7924 keep calling for one of my employees. The person has been extremely rude and telling me to get the person right away. Needless to say it has been fun to answer the phone in a different language or pretend that there is a bad connection and you are unable to hear them. You know "Hello....Hello...Is anyone there....Hello, if someone is there I can't hear you". That does not make this person happy. First they told me it was Mr. Robert Jacobs and now its James Butler. When you ask them for a letter or something saying what is owed or when the loan happened they refuse to give the information. They just try to be rude so you will trip up and tell them something. Be very careful what you say. For example, they might ask you to verify your bank account number, that is because they don't have it and they are hoping to trick you into telling them what it is. Also, if you are a person that answers phones for a company be very careful what informatino you give out and to whom. For example, someone may call and say does this person work there and you say yes. That person could be a stalker for all you know and you jsut gave them all they need to know. What you should say is please hold while I see if someone is here with that name and get their information.

Anyway, this number 919-746-7924 is not real. Be very careful what information you give out because they are looking to do this to you and others like you.

THIS NUMBER HAS REPEATEDLY CALLED FOR ONE OF OUR EMPLOYEES FOR THE LAST THREE DAYS. THEY ARE RUDE AND RELENTLESS, HAVE TIED UP TO 20 OF OUR PHONE LINES. THIS IS A PLACE OF BUSINESS, THEY NEED TO STOP.
