I have been getting calls from (919)755-3900 asking for Kathleen Kelly. They always leave a message and the first several times I called my voice mail to get the message, always the same call us at 1 800-________. I'm getting tired of spending my time and minutes on this nosense.

This is a collection department, they go by Stern attorney at law. There is a really nasty old man there named Dennis Mitchel. He will out talk you regardless of you trying to speak, he will scream and yell at you, he will leave cruel, mean voicemails on your phone. And I wish I knew what I could do about it!

He calls from 1-919-755-3900 but leaves the call back number as 1-800-455-0260. But I add the 919 number to my address book so when he call it will come up as bill collector and his name so I know NOT to pick up

junk call. Had to reapply for the do not call registry.

the number that they call from is 919-757-3900 is listed as private cal. however the 800 number they leave to call back is: 800-752-4172. It is registered to absolute collection agency. Beware!!!

Interesting.  I've have received calls from this number as well looking for Ms. Kelley.  They must really want to find her, and are calling multile numbers to do so.

Picked up call.  No one spoke on the other line. Just dead air.

This number is Absolute Collection Service.  They are trying to collect medical debt.  BE Careful.  Make sure amount they request is correct.  If you have insurance, check your EOB. The client they are representing is trying to charge us the claim amount not the approved amount.  They can only charge for the amount approved by the insurance and the physicians PPO agreement.  Have filed complaint with Provider Relations at the Preferred Provider Organization.

Record conversations like this on tape.  Then file a lawsuit under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.  You can't lose if you have solid proof that they cursed at you on the phone.

This is absolute collection Services. I had a medical test done at a hospital and didn't pay my bill. After a few attempts of trying to get me to pay it, they sold my account to this collection agency.

I've spoken to them a few times, so far they're pretty nice but they call very frequently.

This is the 3rdd time this number has called for Connie Singleton, and  the 3rd time I have asked to be removed from their database. The receptionist name was Dion and then I spoke to Star (yeah right). I informed Star if I recieved one more call from their organization I will very simply turn them over to my attorney.

Fortunately it won't cost me a dime extra!

Thanks for posting this.  I was wondering who it was.  Now I know to beware and to not pick up unless I feel like being verbally abused for some crazy reason.

Absolute Collection in calling my callphone on a bill already paid for and I am incurring charges as a result. I have asked them to stop and they have not.

I received a call from (919)755-3900. They left an automated voice message for an individual who I've never heard of.

The message said to call them back at 800-752-4172, but I'm not going to bother. Anyway, this call is almost certainly coming from a collection agency.

I had to get the usage controls from verizon or change my number.  Bad thing is that these tards number hop, so when I hit 20 numbers being blocked, I can't put in anymore and will be forced to change my number.
