Computer generated voice asking for someone I don't know. I tried calling the number back but all I got was a busy signal. Must be a collection agency.

I did not pick up the phone call because I did not know the number. Whoever called did not leave a message either.

Did not answer the call because I did not recognize the number. Same as J I called the number back with my number blocked and at first it just rang with no answer. A second and third attempt just got a busy signal.

We continue to recieve calls from various people many times each week that think that our company which is an equine insurance company, thinking we are a collection agency some very angry and some that are very kind to give us the info they recieved on thier phone.The number that is on the phone is 919-863-4968 then a recording  gives Our 800 # out in which they call our company angry!! The 919 # is a bogus # only rings no one answers. The number you need to Call is Absolute Collection Agency which is 919-863-0689. Hope this helps people.

Just got a call from this number. They hung up on me so I Googled the company (Absolute Collections Service). That is where I found the following phone number: 919-755-3900. The other number, the one they call from, is not an actual working number, it will either be busy or just ring. If you call the other number you actually get to talk to a person and figure out what is going on. hope this helps.

This is from a debt collector.  It claims that it it not a sales call and is a message from a debt collector.  I think the agency is called, "AMERICAN AGENCIES."

I got the call and tried to call back.  Always a  busy. This number has dialed me several times but never a contact, and never able to call back.

I think whoever owns the number 919-863-4968 should be set on fire, and try to put the fire out with mass quantities of jet plane fuel (JP-1)... I am SICK of these SOB's calling and not speaking. If you cannot do any better than that.. STOP CALLING MY F*CKING NUMBER!! [***]!

It is a debt collection company called ACS, which is an acronym for American Collections Services.

I just got this phone, and ever since I've gotten nonstop calls from collection agencies. That are collecting on bills that other people owe. How can I make the calls stop??

I got a text message, not a call. It said to PLEASE CALL.  I have no idea who it is and won't call or text back to unknown numbers.

We just received a call from this number on our emergency cell phone.  No one has this number so I was curious who would be calling us.    When we tried to return call thee was no answer.

This number called me today and when i picked up it started ringing till some lady answered and she immediately asked for my address and when I asked what she was calling me for she wouldn't give me a explaination except for saying "presbyterian" and kept asking for my address over and over and i said "NO BECAUSE I DON'T KNOW WHY YOU'RE CALLING ME" and I hung up.

Same as most of the above. I received a call requesting that I call back. I don't have any outstanding debt so I know the call is not for me. I'm glad I checked here to find out what is going on. It's weird. I wonder how many minutes people have to pay to try to sort this all out. I am on the "Do Not Call Registry" but I'm going to re-list my numbers because some are clearly getting through.

Same as Michelle (two listings above).  Said I owed Presbyterian Hospital money.  $75 and I could make 3 payments of $25.  Don't owe Pres Hospital money.   Will call Pres Hospital billing in Charlotte Monday to advise what's happening. They didn't mention they were a collection agency.

I did same thing, but they are under the impression they hae business with you. If an organization has business with you they are allowed to call you, if they don't have business with you, they can't call you.

This number continues to call me over the year. Asking for a Wonda Lebmin. After telling them(prob over 100x) that this is NOT Ms. Wonda's phone and to PLEASE take my number out of the system they still continue to call. They are wanting money and telling me if I just pay the monies owed they would stop calling. Tell me WHO in their right mind would pay someone else's debt just to stop getting annoying calls? I guess they don't understand that I can easily block their number(s) or just simply save the number in my phone under the name "DON'T ANSWER" and do exactly that.. NOT ANSWER!
