these people are frauds! I have alerted the FTC @1-877-FTC-HELP and they are looking into them. They have no business asking you to "verify" the last 4 digits of your SSN or "verify" your birthdate over the phone. The instructions from the FTC are to either not answer the phone if it comes up NCO Financial Systems, NCO Group, or anything similar, and if you do, do NOT give them any personal info!
You can also contact the Consumer Affairs office in your state (in the Attorney General's Office).
You can also file complaints online @ ftc.gov?complaint.
They need to be arrested and brought to justice. Identity theft is rampant. Hope this helps.

This is NCO Financial-They are Capitol One's henchman!! They'll call you every day once an hour.And don't be fooled by their schemes.They will try to use familiar area codes to trick you into thinking it's someone you know.I don't let them bother me.Just don't answer the phone!! If it's someone important they will leave you a message!

I'm getting these calls also.  I don't answer the phone on my caller ID that I don't reconize.

Anyone being harrased by this company should file a complain with the Pensilvania Attorney General's office.

stop calling

Call many times but no response just silence.   Read other postings, says it is NCO company?
Works for Capital One.  I am not a fan of Capital One.  Seems like a opportunistic company, that preys on the common man.
