Credit Collections for T-Mobil (never had a cell phone with them!)

I have never had a phone with them either and they call me six times a day! I reported them to www.donotcall.gov since my phone number is registered there. If your phone is not registered, then collections can call your home or even your cell phone and harass you. If they DO harass you - then you can report them. :)

I have never had a T-Mobil phone and yet they still call.

I received a call from this collection agency.  They said I owe a past due bill of over $200 for an account I paid off and closed almost 4 years ago.  They said they had sent bills to me and cited an incorrect address - a place I'd never lived.  They also said they already reported me to the credit bureau.  I haven't seen anything derogatory show up there.  Maybe calling TMobile direct is the best way to handle this.

I keep getting calls from this #.  I see from other posts that it has to do with T-Mobile.  I have not had a phone # with them either, but I have been subject to identity theft and it seems that it is really easy for a thief to open a cell phone account with stolen information.  Best check your credit report if these people are calling.  Fight it.  It is probably best to call T-Mobile directly and not these collections people - they have been very rude to me in the past.

MIssed call from this Wisconsin number - no message. Probably a scam of some sort, saw it here and thought I'd add another entry.

gotta a call from them asking for someone, they sound like a collection's agency. but my phone is w/T-Mobile... it's annoying, they call everyday.

I have my phone number since September 2008, and I see other people are getting calls from these clowns.

Looking for somebody who does not live here

no idea who they are, never left a message. if it is a collection agency for t-mobile they are sadly mistaken.  i haven't had an account with t-mobile in 4 years and the bill was paid in full. what a load of bs if they are calling to collect a debt that is not owed!!! stop calling!

This number keeps calling me leaving messages and using my minutes.  I'm a prepaid cell phone and each time they leave a message, my minutes are used.  I had this phone for emergencies only and wish they would not continued to use my minutes which I have to pay for.

Someone has to do something about these calls we do not want, especially for those of use, who have to pay by the minute.

I keep getting calls from this number. I don't recognize it so I don't pick up, but they always leave a message about an "important personal matter," then leaving an 866 number and a reference number. I never call. I've also never had a T-Mobile phone.

Also a recipient of calls from this number.  Usually it is an automated call left on my VM because I don't answer when call comes from this number.  Generally shortly after receiving call from this number, I get another call from a different number asking for Cedric.  In the beginning I explained this is a new phone for me, with Verizon, and Cedric no longer has the number.  Now I just plain get irritated cuz they are seriously crashing in on MY minutes!
