strange number keeps callling who does it belong to?

Just dead air but they keep calling

Msg indicated it was some sort of IRS company that "specializes in removing back tax debt in a matter of minutes"

22 March 2012 -- 2:45 pm -- Caller ID said "wisconsin".  No message was left.

Call came to cell phone--not answer 3/22/12. Do not answer they will eventually stop

Just am aside--if u answer a cell call u will be charge

This number keeps calling and leaves no message. Calls from Wisconsin

I received a missed call from the number above and when I checked it on line I found out that it was a number that calls everyone and either doesn't talk or says something crazy.  Just someone else trying to anoy you or get your money.

Yes, I too got a call from this number. Some morons!

Missed call, no voicemail.

Dead air when they called. I called them back, and it was a recorded message about tax relief.
No way to get on a DO NOT CALL list, which I already am supposed to be ON!

[***] claimed to be Randy (male)left VM claiming I had called them and they had good news about my being able to lower my monthly mortgage to 3.5% and I had to give him a call back ASAP@1-888-424-1617 to take advantage of those low rates before they go back up...  Problem is;
I have no mortgage and of course never called.  It didn't even bother to say what company it was
affiliated with.  LOSER Hustlers....

this number call me everyday. make it stop.  I called it back and it is a service for credit card debt services.  I answered No to the question and hopefully they will stop calling.  the question is Do you have dept of $10,000 over over? I said no and their response was "You do not qualify" I hope this makes it stop.
This is not fair that I pay for private line and phone company's still make business for selling costumers numbers.

I have replied that I did not want them to call anymore, but they are relentless!!!!!!!!

I got a call from this number and I did not answer and they just keep call. Being on the no call list has not helped. They did not leave a message. I am so sick of getting calls on my cell and home number from these crazy people.
