Got a call from this number on my cell phone, I didnt recogonize the number and I let it go to VM.  I called the number back and got a phone company recording that the number was not a working number

Got a call on my cell of some kind of prerecorded message in Spanish.

920-999-2928 it looks like a cell phone number (Smart) from the Philippines.
Did not answer it as it is unrecognized.

This number called my 11 year-old son's phone. There is no reason for anyone outside of family and friends, all of whom we have numbers for, to be calling him.

Received phone call from this number this morning indicating that I had been chosen by Air Canada to recieve a free gift for being a loyal customer.  When I asked where they got my number they hung up.

I reported this phone number before and now I am getting the call on my cell again.  Nobody is there, it just rang twice and hang up.

Just received a call from this number on my cell phone. Only family and friends have my cell number. A Spanish-speaking woman was talking. I hung up on her in mid-sentence because I don't speak the language. I said nothing in reply. What a nuisance.

Called me 2x in a row this am on my cell and also my husbands cell....neither of us answered the call.

Received a call claiming I had won a prize and to press '1' to collect.  Hung up when I didn't do anything.

I got a call from this number recently. Phone says Wisconsin.
I did not answer.

Received this number two times today, did not pick up, attempted to return but it said 'this is a non-working number'

You have just made the case why children should not have cell phones. If the child has a phone anyone can call them, mothers, fathers, aunts, uncles,telemarketers, child molesters,  rapists, drug dealers. Telemarketers only have numbers, they do not know if the number belongs to an adult or a child.
  If you do give your child a cell phone it should be one that you can program in a list of numbers that the phone will accept as incoming calls and will reject all other incoming calls from all other numbers.

My son also has a cell phone for when we go somewhere, he too is told to not answer unless it is a number that has a preset name to it. I just tried to call it said "out of order"....

Yeah I just got a call from this number a second ago it says it is listed out of Wisconsin I don't believe that it is. I did not answer the call.

Just received this call for the second today. The call was in spanish and i reported it to the do not call registry website since i have blocked my number from getting unwanted telemarketing calls!

I receive a call every week from this number. It is pre-recorded in spanish. If you call it back it does not
work. It just hangs up at the end.

got a call from this number 10 minutes ago i researched it and found out its a wisconson area cod and it looks like a blocked cell phone number twas a lady sounded young speaking in spanish if anyone understood it please post what it said am very curios as to what it was
