These people are trying to get into your account. They are saying they represent JC Penney and want my account details. DO NOT FALL FOR THEM! I reported them to the Federal Trade Commission https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/  If you have suspicious phone calls or emails you can report them there. I also reported them to JC Penney.

I've been getting calls from this number for months. I don't answer, how many people that get calls from this number have a JC Penneys credit card?

Iam getting calls from this number atleast four times a day posing as a jcpenny customer service.

This number is tied to JC Penny along with their other marketing firms such as StoneBridge Insurance agency. What I did to resolve the issue because JC Penny will not respond to any of my 'opt out' appeals, go to the JC Penny website and under account information add a bogus phone number. I entered 1-312-555-1212 and they bought it. I have not received these strange calls in months. The FTC is a waste of time, they're not here to work for us. There function is to protect law firms and the New World Order  corporations that control so called government's around the globe. A FTC insider said, "humans are nothing more then useless eaters and a slave stock population, you're cattle for the global self appointed elite".
