Call from correctional facility, someone in jail calling and press number for payment options to talk to them. could not understand name said of person wanting to talk to me. Did not answer but voicemail picked up this much. Number is associated with 800 483 8314.

I received the same call at 8:50pm PST. The name of the inmate with "Anthony" and I don't know of anyone by Anthony that would be in jail. I did not accept the call. Then today got another call to put in my credit card number if i wanted to accept future calls. No way!

Got same call today (Alameda County Jail)- let it go thru to voicemail.  Same message as above but didn't catch the inmate's name.

Same here from Alameda county jail Santa Rita Jessica persistently calling me from this number but don't know anybody named Jessica and I have my number for more than 5 years.

Got a call at my office and the I.D. said Offender Call. I picked up and it was a female automated voice who said "hello" and I hung up.

Got a call 8:45pm - county jail inmate looking for collect call - wrong number. i hope they got the right number eventually. I know no one in jail.

Yes I received a number of calls on landline and my mobile. Same message and the same telephone numbers that were calling me. Didn’t answer any of them. After about 10-15 calls they’ve stopped.

They called me and start speaking in Spanish I hang up they called me lien 4 times, later I had to blocked the number

same scenario as everyone else here, and called at least 4 times.

Same, from a correctional facility. They call late night tho, 10/11pm. Did not answer picked up on vm tho, and can't hear inmates name

Just got one. Who wouldn't jump at the chance to give their credit card number so they can receive calls from a stranger in jail?!?
