Called at home and hung up.

Keeps calling, when I pick up just hangs up.

Just called it back and it said it's been disconnected. Weird

tried to call them back, and got a recording that line has been disconnected.

just got a call and he quickly hung up.
called back and said no longer in service.
looks like he is spoofing the caller ID

These are Very Low Life Scumbags who can not get a Job anywhere because nobody will hire them because they are Mentally Brainless Rejects Committing Federal Wire Fraud,
They are almost always scared to death to Talk (they are listening).  
This is the perfect place to have a little fun and Practice Being a Stand Up Comedian. Who Knows it may turn out to be a great side-job after a little practice  with these  Mentally [***] Rejects.

When you see their telephone number:  925 395 5136  or  877 801 2498  or  800-446-1022 on your caller ID make sure you  ANSWER as  NASTY as you possibly can  with  Sex Comments   etc etc etc etc etc  Sex Comments  etc etc etc. They should answer you Real Quick (they seem to have major sex problems relating to Can Not climax problems), you have the choice to stop talking and  listen to them beg you to talk or you can get some real good person to person comedy job practice.

They will have more outside numbers call you trying to bother you , write these numbers down and after the second call put them on your hit list, you will have good luck:  BE  AS  NASTY AS POSSIBLE .

Called, hung up when I picked up & tried to call back but the # is disconnected.

My ex can change his caller ID & # at any time. I figured this was him calling and hanging up. Called me at 8:34pm. I called right after the hang up; Not in service. He works as a debt collecter. Iwonder if this is him harassing all of you. Does any one know a Daniel? I should not write a last name, I don't want trouble and he loves to go to court for anything he can.
