Constant daily calls, and no answer when you answer.

This number called me and left no voice message.

Called, could see it was a call center.  Sounded like a tin cup...the connection.  Could tell it was a call center due to all the other discussions in the background.  Appears to be part of Allegiance Telecom and based in Lafayette, CA.   I told them if it was important call me back otherwise DO NOT CALL ME AGAIN...especially if you are a call center interrupting my Sunday.  They called back...called me rude and hungup.  Then when they called me one more time. They just hung up.

Did a bit of research.  This Scum is led by a person named Robert McCausland of Allen Texas.  Used to have a company called Sage communications.  Uses a series of agent registration services, front companies and false statements to circumvent the law in nearly all states.  Appears to operate out of 805 Central Expressway South, Suite 100, Allen Texas.  If anyone can find this guy and beat the hell out of him I encourage the effort to track him down in Dallas.  His partner in crime is Jim Warren.  They keep changing numbers, company names, etc., but characters that work for them include Sommer Mapp, Pam Stroud, Chrystal Ridgely, Cassandra Milligan.  Find these people and you find the folks behind harassing calls in many states.  I found this info on a registration for the state of Washington, where they use a front company called National Registered Agents, a company that fronts for out of state SPAM into Washington.  Horrible people.

Caller "Dennis Burbank" said that he was calling because their records indicated that I was paying over $70/month in electrical bills to PG & E, and that I would qualify for a California State  energy savings program he would like to enroll me in. He did not indicate what company he represented. I told him that I was on a Do Not Call list. He said that this was more like a suggestion, not a protection from calls, but after I reiterated that I was on the Do Not Call list, he said that he would remove me from their list. We also had a call from 925-403-1446 and 925-403-1441 in May. One more time, and I report to the FCC.

Frequent calls from the same people on this and a number of other "local" spoofed numbers even though the call center is in GA!

I asked the caller to please remove me from their calling list.  He replied "No I won't--go [***] yourself."

Received call on my cell. Called back from a LAN line. Received a message box for a long extension number. No name no company. BLOCK.

Called this afternoon - left no msg.

Caller ID "Unknown name".  Did not select the prompts to bypass my call screening device.

Just got a call from 925-403-1440 and when I went to add it to my block list I noticed a few similar numbers.  So I called back the number and received a mailbox for a long extension number.  I then decided to call back a few of the other numbers and got the same things.  Here is a list of related numbers I found (same message):
925-403-1431, 925-403-1433, 925-403-1434, 925-403-1435, 925-403-1439, 925-403-1440, 925-403-1441, 925-403-1442, 925-403-1443, 925-403-1444, 925-403-1446, 925-403-1447, 925-403-1448, 925-403-1449

I think 925-403-1438 is part of this list as well but it was always busy so I assume it's the number they are now calling from.  Needless to say they are ALL now BLOCKED.

Calls daily. I asked him to take me off his call list. He said "Good then I call you back daily" and giggled.
