I've gotten two calls from this number. Both left blank voicemail with the sound of people talking in the background. No idea who it could be.

Hey i got the same call from this number we thought it was my long lost daughter Lacey Francoeur  but the same thing happen they answered herd voices and then hung up. I've gotten three calls from this number. No voicemail.

Got 1-2 calls a day from this # no voice mail. Finally i was able to pick up and they said i filled out something showing interest in college courses.I dont recall doing so nor am i interested. Asked them to not call again, I have iphone so if they do i will just block.

Just, literally, got a new phone and new phone service today and have gotten 2 calls from this number.  They leave no voicemail.

Constant ever since someone I know got FB messenger and I was a contact on their phone.  All kinds of them now. Asking for people I don't know, contests, you name it.  Bill collectors to people I have no idea who they are and when you try and call back,,,of course, the number is a dial out only.  Thank you Mark Zuckerberg for figuring out another way to make a dollar.

Nuisance - Get calls from this number - No response - why is someone calling if they don't want anything?

I have been getting calls from this number everyday and the same thing no voice mail or I get a voice mail and nothing. I even had to go as far as to block the number, but i keep getting calls.

repeated unwanted calls. I am registered on national DNC, caller does not leave a message. I've filed a complaint with the FCC against the number.

This appears to be a "live number validation" front. In other words,  live numbers have financial value; and are sold as "good" data to telemarketers. Inactive numbers, (maybe) considered  "bad" data. Answering the call, is a positive indicator of good data. And, the "pickup" number has value. Actually speaking will increase the good number confidence ranking; that up's the value. The phone ringing is better than a phone disconnected message; but, is the least desirable (with risk) data.

If u hear ppl in the background it's a call center so probably spam or debt collector

I just got a call from this number. They knew my name and wanted to follow up my interest for going back to school. Information that I never requested.
