Did a search and the number comes back from - Tata Indicom, Punjab mobile network - in India

also same number shows from California

just got a call from this number. I didn't answer it and they didn't leave a message.

I answered call, silence but heard breathing and open line static, said hello twice but no one spoke so then I  hung up

"Don't hang up!  This is not a sales call!" <click>

Gblocker did its job and hung up.  Too bad we don't have the equivalent to an email SPAM database I can seed gblocker with...

Did not answer. No message left. Seems to be the norm with them

They've called twice, I didn't answer and they didn't leave a voice mail when i call the number back it says the number is no longer in use.

Another annoying call. Get a life!

Called at 10:56AM, left no message.  When I called back, line picked up but no said anything,  Just hung up.  Blocked them!

This was a really creepy call.  It sounded like a doll was talking, like that episode of Twilight Zone, "I am Talky Tina and I don't like you..."  then it said that a loved one said that I had been on a blood thinner and that I could be eligible for compensation.  I had the option of pressing two to be removed from their call center, but when I pressed two, I got the same message again.  

This number called, it went to voicemail. When I retrieved the voicemail, there was just breathing.

Have received NUMEROUS calls from this #, even though I am on the DO NOT CALL registry!!! I do NOT ever answer calls that I don't recognize the #. But this one is getting annoying!

Keep getting calls from this number, they never leave a meesage.  Really wish they would quit calling!

This call came through our automated system at the business I work for, and came directly to my extension.  It was an automated voice that sounded like a very high pitched young girl stating that a loved one had reported my name & number to them because of some blood thinner I had taken.  I eventually hung up, but it was regarding getting compensation I'm sure due to internal bleeding the blood thinner may have caused.  Very frustrated!

Jerks just called but I didn't answer.  It only rang like 20 times!

Called at 9:19 a.m. but i don't answer calls from these weird numbers that i don't know.  I have received calls from this number many times before, as well.  Beware...they will let the phone ring endlessly sometimes, and they will call several times a day, too!

Call many times a day and unfortunately they won't stop, just like other spam call.  It seems that we will never be able to block such call.  At least this type of call did not like others threatening us and claiming they are federal agent, or IRS that we will be taken to prison if we don't give them money.  They just did not leave message or say a word on the call.

got a call from this # on my private cell phone nobody on the other end just hangs up and calls again

"Don't hang up, this is not a sales call." Click. Voice sounded like Bernadette from BBT. On Christmas Eve. They stink.

Got a call from this number.  Didn't answer, but when I called back, I got a message saying the number had been disconnected or changed.  I have now blocked the call.
