This one of several numbers for a company called 'Education Bridge'  They also call from: 800-973-0379  They are getting people's phone numbers when people use job boards as a search tool for finding jobs.
They want to enroll you in some type of school that you'd be responsible paying for. A lot of this is happening right now.  I leave my cell on mute so it doesn't bother me at all.  I've received a lot of these types of calls and they're pretty much the same from different schools.  I've even made a note of saying I am not interested in furthering my education when I use a job board but apparently that doesn't work.
It's just another type of telemarketing.  I ignore the calls and if I get curious enough I'll look them up and find out what company they're from.  If I don't recognize a phone number and the caller doesn't leave a message that tells me it's probably a sales call.
