Received 2 phone calls from this number within 2 hours. Did not answer either time; no voice mail. The caller id says "ONSTAR"

Caller asked for my husband,  when I requested to know who was calling, politely said "thank You, we will call later" and hung up     Caller ID shows 'Firefight Sp SU'      Voice sounded fairly young (20's or 30's) mail, and excellent American speech.

Same caller id Firefight SP SU (or SV) but different number 832-504-9749. I googled the number rather than answered it.

Call came on Fri 9/19/14 stating Firefighters Support Services Inc, (928-202-3124) asking for donation.  I said please send me the info and hung up.  In the last 6 days, they have called me at least 26 times even after I finally put a block on the number.  However, the phone still rings one time so it is very annoying.  I have called them back and left a message to stop, told them I filed a report with the FCC, called my phone company and called my fire dept and found out they don't do those solicitations and this is a scam.  I don't know what else to do.  So far today (Thur 9/25 - 9am) no call received.  Point is - don't fall for this scam - don't send money.

This number has been calling several times a day. Caller ID says Firefighters support sv. I don't answer because I know it can't be legitimate!

This number won't stop calling me.  All hours of the day.

This number has called twice now and after 8:30 pm. No messages. A real firefighters assoc. would leave a message.

I was called by the number 913 which is an area code in the state I live in KS, and the number was 674-4823.  Caller ID FireFight Sp SV, it was a computer.  I picked up and it said I am calling for gave husband's name.  Because I knew it was a computer, I asked are you human, answered  yes.  I said yes what are you a computer?  Then it said that it had called to talk to again my husband's name and that they would be calling back so they would not leave a message.  I really hate these spooky computer calls that sound human.  I do know that you are not allowed to use robo recorded calls to bother people so it is a scam and if not a scam I would never give a dime to a charitable organization that calls with a freaky computer sounding like a human.

So far I have received two calls both asking for me by name. When I confirm my name the caller goes in to a sales pitch starting with "You're harder to catch than a cat ...". I told the first call that I wasn't about to contribute to an organization that compared me to a cat."  The caller's voice on the second call sounded like the same person. I hung up.

Repeated calls. Caller ID ONSTAR 928 202 3124. Never leave a message. Very annoying, especially since they call at night, Sunday mornings, anytime.

Someone from this number keeps calling me - phone ids it as Firefighters SP

This number has called me three times every day since 6/11/2015, I never answer, they never leave a message. Want them to stop annoying my family!!

Have called me twice.  I answered, "Hello Firefight sp sv.  What is your scam?"  They always hang up.  I wouldn't answer the phone at all, but I can't keep my husband from answering it.  He thinks he only gets serious callers.  I think he is nuts!

At least they supplied a caller ID. That may provide a small clue about one thing: they're not calling from a cell phone serviced by Verizon. It doesn't pass along the name of a caller, at least not if the recipient is using a landline phone. They could be calling from a cellphone serviced by someone other than Verizon. I know because I do receive some calls from cellphones with another server. But I myself can't get my caller ID through from my cellphone (serviced by Verizon) to my landline phone.

This is the first time I have received a call from this number. At least, it's the first time that I know of. If they called without providing a caller ID, I'd have disregarded it. But since they did at least supply a name, I was going to call them back --- but decided to google the name first, with the result that I'm writing this note, and will forego the pleasure of their conversation.

I get daily calls from them number.  It is always a computer.  I called back last night to tell them to stop calling me and had to listen to their message about all the firefighter organizations they are collecting for.

Might I add "Oh, right!"  I am sure this is a scam.

I have been receiving several calls per day from Firefighter SV but no number is displayed.  I don't answer and won't.  You would think they would eventually quit bu they're relentless.

I left a message on here in March of this year and now they have started up again, the number that calls me is still 913-674-4823 and the phone calls have become harassment now that I blocked them.  They called 4 times on Monday every two hours for a period, the next day they called at 9 AM and at 9PM which is after they have any right to call, then today it was at 8AM, 4:22 PM and again tonight after 9PM.  I have finally started turning them in over and over to the Do Not Call list.  I believe that Do Not Call list cannot do anything until they have over 100 caller complaints, the rate they are calling me they should hit their quota just from me.  It is a computer that calls me with a creepy female voice who will only talk to my husband and when I say he is not here the computer says, I will call back later, I tell it to never call here again and that does no good at all.  Tomorrow my phone will be turned off all together.

To day is the first time that they have called me. He started off by saying you are a hard people to catch up with.Then he talked about all the firefighters that they help.He also said they help local firefighters.They have called me twice in 30 mins.The number they use to call me is 434-509-0662. to me it sound like a person talking because he wanted me to talk to someone else.I told him I would give them some money but I decided to look it up on the internet and now I know it is a scam.Just called me again just now and I answed the phone and told them not to call me no more.

We've had dalls from FIREFIGHT SP SV - about 4 to 6 times a day for the past couple of weeks.  We answered once - they asked for me by first name (only), were told I was out.  As we went on, to ask that we be removed from their list, they hung up without listening.

Got a call with ID:  Firefight SP SV but the number was 763-333-2636. No message was left. I am assuming a scam (this is the fourth time they have called with no message).
