This is a person in Kingman, Az. pretending to "have a serious buyer for your car". he photocopies a handwritten note and then tears them off to look like it was only meant for you. So people call him thinking someone wants to buy their car. Its illegal to do this in the city. They are probably related to the car dealers or just doing it by themselves, nontheless they are scammers! Their phone numbers should be posted all over the internet as scammers!

this person who you can call at any time to verify this information is not a scammer. it is not illegal to put a note on a car saying that you have a serious buyer for it . and the person who wrote that should take his car to the dealership and get a quote on it because they are looking to buy cars . as a matter of fact they have an ad right now to that effect. so remove this post as he probably is just another uneducated complainer !!!
