Didn't listen to the entire message but its about not responding to a civil suit.

Same message I got from a texas number a few weeks ago.  It's a scam.

Calls from 928662-9237 leaving messages that there is a warrant for my arrest.  Don't know what for.  They never say.  Now they are calling family and telling them this.

This is a SCAM.
They referred to themselves as "investigators" noting that there was some case pending against me.  When I asked the name of the company they said "Mediation Services" and hung up when I asked what state they were based out of.  I was hung up on 3 times, forwarded to voicemail and then ignored.

Shame Shame on the scammers - Now, I am calling them. Just like they called my son and harassed him

Not a good idea-engaging the scammers. You cannot win playing their game on their turf by their rules. They can just "deactivate" their number. So all you'll accomplish is wasting your time. I also have heard of some of them "swatting" folks.

I returned this call and asked them where they are located and the rep said "Mam, do you think you are just going to call and ask me questions and you think you can't ask me none?" Then they hung up. This is a SCAM!

They left me a message. Called them back and they said I had bad checks on a payday loan. I had a few payday loans way back but I never paid any loans by check as they always did direct withdrawal from my checking account. I never dealt with the company she mentioned and I still have the checking account but all the loans were paid off.  She said I could pay $650 and have the case dismissed. I told her I would be happy to go before the judge and tell him about this scam and she said "Goodbye" and hung up!!!

This is all a scam. Every time I asked for information to be sent to me regarding this "supposed" case against me they would hang up on me but not before telling me there just going to send it to the county for a warrent to be sent out for my arrest.  There using a similar story as I read above that I took out a pay day loan and owed $450. First of all I didn't take a payday loan out, second they said it was three years ago and provided a address that I haven't lived at in over 5-6 years. I was hung up on twice and I refuse to continue to call back. This is a waste of time and I hope no one gets suckered in to paying these people!

I have been getting several calls the last week or so. Leaving me messages telling me a civil suit, warrany for arrest from an investigator..blah blah blah! I called them back today, said they were collecting on a payday loan  from seven yrs ago. Gonna issue warrant at 4pm if I didn't pay. I don't live in Az and padyday loan was in IL WHERE I reside. Lots of red.flags.so I played there game. Said I couldnt pay today didn't wanna go to jail coukd I make payment arrangements..I offered 50 $ they demanded a $100. I agreeed told them I woukd call them back with prepaid cc later.in the day. They said no have to moneygram from Walmart..and gave me a acct nbr blah blah blah. I called Arizona police in Parker where number was coming from, tjeu traced it said absolutley fradulant over 3500 reports and advised THAT NO ONE SEND $$. I also called local pokice that reverifed and said no way no how could these people issue a WARRANT!! GAVE ME FONE # FOR ILLINOIS ATTY GENERAL FRAUD REPORT...THEY HAVE BEEN REPORTED.

The scary part is these people are getting our info somehow..somewhere. they need to be stopped and put in jail! I will do my part to see to tha..i am 54 feel.sorry for the elderly who probably fall for this

I received a call today from this number. The lady said her name was Investigator Shannon Taylor. She said I had an unpaid loan from AZ. Weird thing is I haven't lived in AZ for years and I haven't had any unpaid loans!!!!  She also kept calling me by my maiden name which I haven't gone by in 15 years. She said if I didn't pay by 4:00 today they would go ahead and issue a warrant for my arrest. She demanded I wire her money via money gram and was to call her back with a reference number. I called the courts and they have absolutely nothing under my name with any charges being filed. The courts also told me if I was in trouble they wouldn't be calling me...I would be notified by mail with a summons to appear in court...When I called Investigator Taylor back to get more information she got snappy with me and said she was done fooling around with me and that she would see me in court...Bring it on lady!!!

Now this same company is using (940) 202-2102...A Texas number. 6 calls since 6:45 this morning.

received call, asked if wanted to talk with them about a payday loan that was with their company for non-payment. Said I have no idea what you are talking about, they Miss Snottypants says are you refusing to talk with us, said yes - turn it over to the local district attorney. then hung up

This number claims that they're the state attorney's office or some nonsensical bs, and the woman told me she didn't my attitude!! Soooo bogus!!

They left message about not responding to some claim action.  Since I have no claim action, I assume scam

Same.... Threaten to take my mom to jail if we did not send a moneygram.  My mom has already paid 700 before to a scam...  Please stop them.

Also contact your local attorney general

If they continue to bother you,  and you know you do not owe any money, tell them that you know this is  a debt scam and that you are making a complaint to the police for extortion.  Once you get a copy of the police report and they call you again , just read out the  file number and the name of the PD or Sheriff’s office involved.   Tell them you’ll be glad to send a copy to them at whatever address the jack***es are working out of now.

You'll probably have to yell at them and talk over them.
You have to get tuff with these people because,  being akin to thugs, brute force is (metaphorically speaking),  the only thing they understand.
