Received a call, no message left.

Received calls from this number yesterday and today. They hang up when my answering machine picks up. Caller ID says it's from South Richmond Hill, NY.  No company name provided.

Wasted a trip to the phone. Just dead silence. No opportunity to say I'm not interested.

Called and no message left.

Wanted to speak to the homeowner, which means marketing cold call.  I just hung up.

the person calling was difficult to understand, but she asked something about my mortgage interest.  i hung up.  caller ID says unknown name.

Called today, did not leave message

This number called three times:  Jan. 9 at 9:43 am, Jan. 6 at 8:24 pm, and Jan. 6 at 9:49 am.  Each time they hang up when i answer.  Caller ID only indicates call is from New York, NY.  No company or individual identified.

left a message on the recorder. blah, blah, blah ... crime in your area... GE Security looking for home owners in your area to put a small sign in their yards... if interested press 1...

Caller hangs up

Someone from this number calls on a weekly basis and when you answer they hang-up.  When you re-dial, there is no answer.  They do not leave a message on the answer machine.  Shows up on caller ID as NY,NY number.

Like everyone else they called, hit the answering machine, no message, I blocked.

Saw this note on other phone website:
"Caution, 929-224-0705 is a "spoofed" number, which means that whoever called you "tricked" your caller ID to display an incorrect phone number. Telemarketers do this so you cannot complain, but they failed... you can still file a complaint here to fight back against unethical telemarketers."

Received a call from this number today, Jan 14 at around 9.25 a.m.  Caller hangs up without saying anything.

Caller called at 0900, MST, and nothing on the other end.  Silence.  They called yesterday at the same time and did the same thing.

Same here, I said hello and they hung up.  why bother reporting, nothing is ever done.....it's false hope.

Caller claimed he was trying to reach Tom Soleman.  I said that was me and then he just hung up.  

Caller called and said "David home"  I said, you have the wrong number.  He said "I do apologize" and hung up

'Unknown name' is displayed, let voice mail take over. later checked for message, nothing.

had 2 people having a conversation on my answering machine asking who is this, who are calling back and forth with each other...seemed staged...why doesn't the govt get off there butts and stop this!
