Student loan recovery spam calls

Student loan crap.  Tell them to take me off the list.  I know its them every time I have a call with area code that starts with a 949 or 929.  I report on do not call  registry.  It is harassment.  So tired of telling these people to stop calling me!

But is it legit?

That a re the whole saler for the number and not the person calling you
These calls are in violation of bandwidth.com's AUP

Got it today. Reporting it. Gonna look into a civil suit as soon as I get the company info next time they call.
