I got a call from this number also, no message left though.

They were calling for my parents, wouldn't say what bill collectors they are with.  The man was very rude and said I was hiding my parents! I understand if they're collecting debt but if we don't know who's calling, how can we legitimately follow up! And when you call back, a recording says the number isn't valid.

Calling trying to flog credit card debt relief services that charge an UPFRONT FEE.  Which is no longer legal, but I'm sure they have some kind of loophole in mind - or was that bunghole? Corn hole?
I get so confused when I have to deal with stupid people - it's like it almost rubs off on you.

They make a fake number show up on your caller ID so that they are harder for the FTC to find and therefore may avoid being prosecuted for their gross violations of the FTC's Do Not Call List.

Just another scammer looking for a victim.

Who has this number.  Called my number, I didn't answer and they left no message  What can I do about this?

My phone received a call from this number and I was not able to answer it.  They left no message.  I want to know who has this number (931-207-8523)/

They just called for my wife, 5PM on the money!
When they asked "May I speak with xxxxx?" I politely replied "what is this in regards with?" and I was met with silence and a all to familiar hiss-click from a disconnected call.

Our # is on the Do not call list for the Federal & State lists.  We've been getting TONS of these calls. It has grown more and more annoying. We get about 5 a day, sometimes from the same people.

The funny thing is, we don't have any debt issues; ie, meaning, we pay all of our bills and then some and on time. We don't have debt collectors calling, just people that want to solve our credit card debt and insist they have to help you and they are from the gov't. "... and are here to help..." lol, what a joke.

Secretary received a call from this number today.  Male caller identifed himself as a representative from Met-Ed, an electric ultility company.  The caller requested to speak with 'the person in charge of accounts,' at which my secretary advised the caller I was out of the office and asked if she could take a message.  The called declined to leave a message, stating that they would call back, whereupon the call was terminated.  

Contacted the utility and was advised that they DID NOT attempt to call my office.  Most likely connected with phishing scam.

Me recieved call like this also today. If'n they want money from me....hahahahah....good luck to them!

Called but did not leave message. Caller ID indicated R&L Snitzer.

Same thing Yesterday, called no one was there, I called back (using a caller block) and got the message number not in service.  I'm also on the DO Not Call List so I want to report them but it looks like I it won't do any good.

I get these calls all the time and never answere them.  The next time they call, I will answere.  The person on the other end will get a real good peace of my mind.  I hope I make those low life [***] cry.

Just called -- ID said "Tennessee Call."  They hung up during the answering machine message

Caller ID = R & L Snitzer. But Andre from "Debt Help" [allegedly in Riverside, CA] called, transferred call to Thomassen Law Group in Costa Mesa, CA.

They just called me and left a message going on for like 10 mins of two girls giggling i could understand the laughing but not what they were talking about! they call all the time and i guess im just trying to understand what they want!!

Received call this morning and I am on the national do not call list. R & L Snitzer showed on caller ID, they called and did not talk. Do have a timeshare and get huge number of calls from timeshare companies wanting upfront fee/deposit fee to sell my timeshare.

If you get a call from companies offering to sell/market your timeshare and requesting an upfront fee:
1. Ask them  if they are confident they can sell your timeshare.
2. If they are so confident, you may want to ask them for an UPFRONT FEE!!!!
3. They call easily earn back the fee from the selling commission (if they can ever sell the timeshare).

A broker will get a commission only after they sell your timeshare. My four timeshare management companies all said use a broker.

Just received a call from this number.  The woman on the other end who said she was from an alarm company (I wish I could remember the name) asked for my husband by name and then asked if I  was his wife.  She then said she was returning my husbands call. Told her we didn't need an alarm and hung up.  We are on the do not call list and since I was finishing dinner forgot to mention it.  Do these people think they are really going to sell something?

Someone called me from this number and hung up, never said anything.

I just got a call from this number in which they did not leave a message. I have tracking software on my phone and the number was registered to a R Snitzer of 101 William Whitworth Rd., Pulaski Tennesse. This number is no longer in service. I will guess that the person calling is using masking software to disguise their true Identity.
Anyone who does this is a scammer and probably on a phishing expedition. My advise is when you get a call like this don't answer or just hang up.

Got a call from 931-207-8523 at about 1 pm. Caller ID said it was from R. Snitzer Assoc. When I answered, there was no one on the line. When I called back, there was a message that the number was not in service. I got my phone number about 9 months ago and I occasionally get collection calls for the prior owner. I suspect that is what this is.
