Stop calling me....i'm NOT buying anything from you!

Got customer service on the line & they hung up on me when i told them I'd be reporting them AGAIN to the FTC as I'm already on the DNC list & this is a multiple offense.

Received another of several recorded message from this number last night.  
Have previously pressed 1 to speak with a representative to ask that my number be
removed from their call list.  When their representative answered, I told him that
I am on the Natonal Do Not Call List and will report them.  The representative
then said, "F___ You  three times and hung up!!!   I am beyond angry.

Just got a call from 931-268-7401 on business line.   I answered but line was dead. Annoying!

Received a cell phone call from this number. I didn't answer since I didn't recognize the number. No VM message was left (obviously). I am also on the DNC List. Are any of these companies EVER fined for this???

This is a repeat call. Over and over.  Told many times to take us off their list, and they hang up on us prior to letting us finish telling them.  Within a day, sometimes only hours, they are calling again.  The feds need to shut this business down and fine them for multiple call violations.

Just received a phone call from this number. Pressed one for a representative. Was told that they could not remove my number because it is a dialer. I told him that there had to be a list for the dialer. He responded snarkily with "No there is not a LIST because it's a dialer. Goodbye." Then hung up. Tried to call back and report his sorry ass, and I'm played a message that the number is no longer in service.
Not a company. Just a snarky son of a [***]. He'll be dealing with the Do Not Call registry next. [***].

I told them not to call again and I was on the no-call list.  Response:  "I don't want to hear your life story" and hung up!

What these idiots do to get passed the do not call thing, is to call you, they wont leave a message, I guess enough people call the number back thinking they missed a legitimate call. Now when you call them back, It's you who initiated the call. So google the number first to see if it is someone you need to talk to.

Tried to call back and got the message "invalid phone number". How can they call us from an invalid phone number? Things are getting more and more peculiar.

Got a call on my cell from this number....did not answer and they left no message...I am sure it was going to be credit card services or similar unwanted call

Can someone get the name of the company??? I REALLY wanna nail their ass to the wall. This is obviously a scam of some sort and we're all getting rude replies which has to qualify as harassment, right? We just wanna be effing left alone!

They call my number, I ask to be removed from their list. They say no, that they keep calling because I accept their calls!! My phone rings, I answer, that means I want them to call me?? Then they hang up on you!!

Got a call and pressed ignore as the out of town calls are invariably solicitors.  This brand of solicitor, as people have noted here, is a criminal. They are out to get information relating to credit cards or any other financial information you have and are sucker enough to give out.  AGAIN, they are CRIMINALS and the do not call list has no meaning to them.  So, folks, stop whining about being on the do not call list.  Criminals don't care.

And, there are lots of one-way calling systems these days, so often returning the call will give you nothing.  Don't bother.

The phone companies and Internet services allowing outbound only calls with bogus numbers are guilty of aiding and abetting this criminal industry.  They essentially take no action to squelch this activity.  If you want to complain somewhere, write to your phone provider and ask them what they are doing proactively to kill this problem.  They will offer some weak excuse as the call blocking feature they sell which is useless as it is a different phantom number calling every day.

For now, don't answer out of town calls where the number is not recognizable.  If it is important a message will be left.

So here is the information on the company calling you and a telephone number for the owner's cellphone. Feel free to give him a call and a piece of your mind... Maximum Security Alarm / Sacramento / Andrew Higgins. Maximum Security Alarm, based out of Sacramento, California (1010 Hurley Way, Suite 525, Sacramento, CA 95825). Owned and ran by Andrew Higgins, his [removed:lang] brother David Higgins and their  [removed:lang] father Dennis Higgins. Is just one of many scams this Higgins family and their friends have been doing for a long time, at least 8 years for this company. The awful things they do on a regular basis are just way too much for me to mention and invest any additional time into. They have the most complaints for any alarm company and probably any company for that matter and they wouldn't have this many complaints, especially back to back to complaints unless it were all true. Save yourself a hassle and don't do business or interact with these people on any level. You can reach the owner Andy Higgins on his cellphone @ 916-223-6311. He will tell you that his company in no way calls people on the Do Not Call Registry. I believe that's a lie because if you google Maximum Security Alarms and look at a few of the RipOff Reports and such, you will see action has been taken against them for doing just that. The following describes a pending government action that has been formally brought by a government agency but has not yet been resolved. We are providing a summary of the government's allegations, which have not yet been proven.

On February 5, 2013, the State of Missouri filed a petition for preliminary and permanent injunctions, restitution, civil penalties and other court orders against Maximum Security Alarm. The petition alleges, in part, that Maximum Security Alarm engaged in a pattern of outbound telephone calls violating Missouri's No-Call List Laws by contacting telephone lines placed on Missouri's Telemarketing No-Call List in an attempt to solicit customers for home security systems. The petition also alleges that Maximum Security Alarm caused the telephone to ring repeatedly in an annoying, abusive or harassing manner by soliciting consumers after they had made known they did not wish to receive calls and utilized methods to circumvent caller identification services. The petitions seeks to enjoin Maximum Security Alarm from making telephone solicitations to those who have placed themselves on Missouri's No-Call List, require MSA to pay $5,000 per violation of the No-Call List Laws, pay the state for all investigative and prosecution costs, and to pay the State of Missouri an amount equal to 10 percent of the total restitution ordered against Defendant.

Of course you hang up while she calls the FBI !!!   :)

If she's really Pi$$ed, you'll get a couple of calls back in short succession which you don't answer.

LOL! Well, unfortunately, places like this don't obey the DNC laws.. along with the other frauds,scammers and extortionists and unfortunately all the family still calls also.. crying shame that! At least the legitimate and honest business's are not calling also!
