called my cell yesterday, left no message

I received a call, too. No message.

Recieved a call from 931-392-4447, left no message. Called back and mailbox was full.

Calls 2 times a day, I don't pick up

Got a call, they asked for me by first name then hung up. Tried to call it back, said number was disconnected.

Heads up....I'm on the DO NOT CALL LIST!!!!!

The caller did not violate the Do Not Call List – it prohibits only sales calls.

Heads up ..... if they are not selling goods or services or qualifying you as a sales prospect for a third party the Do Not Call list does not apply.  If it is a company or one of their partners that you have done business with during the past 18 months, even sales calls are exempt until you tell them to place you on their Do Not Call list.  No one has identified the purpose behind calls from this number so we don't know if they are exempt or not.

The person who responded when I answered the call gave me her name and the she was calling from Wyndham Resorts. I didn't stay on the line to ask for the reason for her call.

It could still be an allowed call if you had a recent hotel or motel stay that is somehow associated with Wyndham Resorts.  That is the trouble with the "business affiliates" loophole in the Telephone Sales Rules, it permits others who are somehow partnered with a business you have used and provided with your contact information to call you.  It should be required to provide explicit permission to share that with affiliates rather than to have you request no sharing to keep from receiving their calls.
