Phone id "unavailable". No message. 5/16/13

ID showed "Private" My recorder was turned off and they let it ring for 6 times.

ID showed "Private".  They did not say anything.

It's a medical alert button type thing.  The message they left on our recorder says they are letting us know ours is ready to be delivered.   Nevermind that one was not ordered!!  Scam!! Scam!! Scam!!

Same thing, rings, I don't answer private number calls and they don't leave a message. This is most likely a bill collector for my ex-husband's daughter. They don't believe me when I tell them I don't know where she is living.

came in on my caller id as "Bank ofAmerica"...recorded msg. says it was something seniors ..."  I hung up.  Notice "ofAmerica" was one word.
Definitely not Bank of America...these people just don't give up!!!!!

Caller id said "Private Number".  Allowed answering machine to pick up.  A taped message (I think) said that a medical bracelet was being shipped.  It asked to press 1 to accept or press 5 to decline.  It added that if you already have one to disregard the message.  I really believe it is a scam

Did not answer the phone.  No messages left on answer machine.  It sounds like the other scam dealing with Senior Alert that have been around for about a year.  There are many other numbers, too.

This number keeps calling saying they have our medical alert ready for delivery. We have not ordered one and cannot reach them by returning the call.  Feel this is another senior scam.

Mine came in as BankofAmerica too.  Since the FCC doesn't seem to be able to do something about these jerks, I am notifying Bank of America.  Have they feeling they will react to having their name used for fraudulent purposes.

just got a call from 936-206-3057, caller ID said BANK OF AMERICA, left no message. 5-21-2013, 3:06 pm central time zone.

I have also been getting calls from this number. The caller ID is BankofAmerica. The guy wants to install a security system we ordered. I told him he had the wrong number, we had not ordered any such thing. He just continued to talk, ignoring any thing I said. I hung up. Still getting these calls.

I just received their call.  I have my answering machine turned off so they get the lovely screeching sound of the fax.  Just came in as: Conroe, Tx.  No other ID.  I don't hardly ever answer my land line anymore; it's nothing but robo-calls selling crap.

Call came in from 936-206-3057 cid said Bank of America. Don't have an account with them. Recorded message re medical alert.

It shows PRIVATE NAME and there is never anyone there, Happens 3-4 times a week.

SCAM!  The caller ID said Conroe Texas.  I answered the phone and someone named John was on the other end.  Said they were trying to get a shipping address for some Emergency Medical equipment that had been purchased for us by someone else.  The equipment and shipping had already been paid.  Told to push 1 to accept and 5 to decline. I did not push any buttons.  I just waited for them to final hang up.  

I have received this call numerous times.  I have requested that they put me on the Do Not Call List, but that request has been ignored.

I am sure this is some type of scam!

Just another scam.  The lowest form of life preying on senior citizens.  Blocked the number, reported it the do not call registry, state attorney general, the FCC, and my Congressman.  We NEED new enforceable telecommunications laws.

Note to moderator:  We also need a new "Call Type" for these scammers.  I don't even consider them actual telemarketers.  Just common crooks trying to get your credit card info.

irritating when nobody is there.  I am retired and I like to answer these calls and string them along and give them false info and then put them on hold "while I get my spouse".  make them earn their money and make their employer pay them for not making a sale.  
anybody get a toll free  800 number for these jerks?

Checked several databases.  All said this is not a valid number.  caller is "spoofing" the caller id.  no way  for the local populace to determine caller's true identity or location.
