Have received two calls from this number claiming the same thing that there was a situation and they wanted a statement very strange.

She left a message at my workplace after hours. She didn't have my correct last name and when I called back I just got a machine. I have no Payday loan or anything, although I do have credit cards.

They also seem to call from 936-465-9371.

FPPSG LLC.  aka (Fortune Portfolio and Processor Service Group) is actually who is calling about these payday loans.  Their phone# is 512-236-5451, The tend to change their phone numbers so be careful.  The company acts like "Processors" but they are collectors.  National Credit Works is out of New York and owns the debt FPPSG LLC is collecting.  This is completely illegal and unethical.  They call the debtor trying to state they received a complaint to process, and they will deny being a collection agency.  Believe it or not they are registered with the ACA (the association of credit and collection professionals) as a reputable collection agency. The craziest part about the whole thing is that I called my local FBI office and they already have an investigation going. That is all they would tell me but it's crazy that they know who these people are, and they are still in business.

This is who is actually calling, They will state they are "National" and work directly with the National Attorney Network.  This is a complete lie. There is no such thing. They will deny being anything else but "National".

They seem to always have numbers from Texas, but could be from any state since collection agencies have phone systems that allow to use different phone numbers.

One of the CFOs, Shawntina Jones, has two foreclosures currently filed on her home. One by the HOA where she lives and the other by the bank. Her husband is in prison and her sister was just released from the Albion Correctional Facility in NY, and is now living with her. She was also evicted from her apartment a few years ago. Watch out, this dirt bag knows all the tricks!

Next time they call, ask if the owner of the company has her mortgage payment! She is the biggest deadbeat going. Shawntina Jones is a piece of work. You should see how she lives. Big cars, vacations, yacht trips. Kids dressed in all the latest gear and big screen plasma televisions in every room. And yet, she has other collectors chasing her down!

So Doug, are you jealous of this women success.  I see 99% of all comments are from you and what facts do you have to support your negative claim on this business.  People often like to blow smoke  but there is no fire... what I mean is don't throw stones., befor you start putting gossip out on a business or person.  Lay out all of your card., surely if the FBI was on this case at the time you stated surely they would have been close by now and what correctional facility will release an inmate name and date of release.  I can guarantee  any of my view  out there you can call any prison and for security reason they will not give you any information  on a prisoner.  As for foreclosure on  her home- Do you really know this for a fact are , are we blowing smoke again.  Shawntina Jones is a common name and if this  hoise is in foreclosure what is the physical address where it can be verified.  It sound to me like you and Shawtina may have either work together  or been friends and for whatever reason the relationship went sour and so know you are attempting to throw stones.  Not good... Come with fact.  Your audience want to hear true facts.  Yes the address of the business is good,  but all this other stuff is BOGUS!!!!

Anyone with a computer and a brain can look up public records Check out the county clerks office for your foreclosure and see Vinelink for your sisters conviction and release for MURDER!. And Shawntina Jones a common name?? Doug Michaels is a common name Shawntina. Now you are here trying to defend yourself? Listen honey maybe if you werent out there breaking laws and having your collectors commit federal offenses your dirt wouldnt be out in the street. And no we werent friends or coworkers...I just like to know who is harrasing me

Their latest phone number is 585-563-5200!!  They are forever re-inventing themselves and saying things that will allow them to fly just under the raidar, to avoid any Attorney General claims being filed against them.  The pure and simple fact is,  they ARE a collection agency and currently are operating in Longwood Florida.  What they do not want you to know, is that infact these payday loans that they are collecting on HAVE infact reached maturity and in most cases are Out Of Status.  Thus DO NOT APPEAR on your credit bureau report.  They will have you believe that they do but take it from me,  they DO NOT!!!  They want you to believe that you "may" OR "may not" have to appear in court,  and if paid it will come off your CBR.....But its never been reported by anyone to begin with!

They ARE also restructuring and have laid off several people whom cannot and will not work without an hourly rate.  I had a weeks vacation coming to me and of course, just in their own timing closed down the office.  

In most cases, Collection Agencies do not get rave reviews from consumers thus will never see anything in the BB (Better Business Bureau) about them but they do utilize some pretty unethical tactics to collect on debts that are for the most part uncollectable by most standards.

I have inside info that "Tina" also poses as an attorney on the phone with people that the reps calls to try and intimidate them into paying. She will imply without saying this will end up in court and that the court fees plus the "bad check" will be your responsibility. What's the penalty for impersonating a lawyer in Florida? By the way, Ed Harwell isn't an attorney either, at least not in the state of Florida. If you get this call ask them what state are they members of the Bar association and what is their member I.D. number for the Bar association? I have more inside information regarding this den of thieves. I could reveal information that could implicate the whole bunch of them.

Just received a call from FPPSG and decided to look them up found out that they hold no collection license in the state of Florida or any other state for that matter I filed a complaint with the attorney general you can as well at FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF FINANCIAL REGULATION.I now see Shawntina Jones and Anita Neal are scumbags the attorney general states they have been under investigation for employment tax evasion. So to FPPSG not only are u scamming us you scam your own employees good luck the law know no limits to criminals

To stop unwanted call on a Sprint account, go to www.Sprint.com, then click on MySprint, then in the left section you'll find "Preferences".  Click on that.  Then scroll down to "Limits and Permissions".  Clickk on "Block Voice".  Then at the bottom you'll find your name and your phone number in a box asking what number to you want to block.  Just click on the cell phone picture.  Click on the dot which says "Block only the following numbers.  Enter a number to be blocked, then click add a number (if you need to add another number).  When you're done compiling your list click on "Save".  Next turn off your cell phone.  Turn it back on.  In 24 hours these numbers won't be able to call you.  See, also, page 3 in your CenturyLink phone book.  The section you're looking for is "Anonymous Call Rejections *77.  This will reject calls from people who are using Caller ID Blocking.

I plan on using, as well, "Call Forwarding *72", to connect someone who has blocked caller ID,  and I'm going to forward them to another phone number from my "Why have you called me?  I'm on a Do Not Call Registry List."

Now watch; I've got this great plan to forward one salesman to another salesman,  and nobody will call.
