Called our business, asked for an employee and then hung up.

Left message for someone who does not live @ my number...

This number is such a problem and aggravating. I answered once and no one was there. I don't want this calling my cell phone.

Incoming call from this number was sent to our Special Extension for Solicitators & Telemarketers.  They now have a new tactic .......  Recording says, "Please hold while we try to connect to your number"!
This is just another dead give away that the call is going to be a nuisance call!

I got the same thing.  I answered the phone and a recorded voice said, "Please hold while we connect you."  I waited until the recording repeated and then I cursed and slammed down the phone.  Then they started calling my landline and cell phone at the same time, absolutely annoying but a dead giveaway as to the nature of the call.  I sent them a payment and the harassment stopped the next day.

I got a call, said hello, and the robot told me "Thank you for calling, all of our agents are busy."

Yes they do call nonstop...even before the payment is late...just because they don't get it posted by the due date...I mail my payment in same day every month...but some months they just don't get it posted....UGHHH!!!

This number calls my house constantly, I answer and there's no response.  I make my payments on time and for more than I owe, but they still call.  I called the company to complain and they told me this problem has only been mentioned a couple of times.   I was assured that they would look into the issue with the auto dialer. Once I pay off this loan I will NEVER use them again.  I have put the number on the no call list, but it didn't work.
