As soon as we answer the phone and say "hello", we get a recording stating: "That is not an appropriate response." The call then disconnects. These calls come between 9 AM & 9 PM.

Repeatedly calls with no response or a fax tone. Caller id shows "Alternative Res"

I pick up the call and it says "Not a valid response."

receive 2 to 3 a day, I pick up the phone & they press a key to start a fax

I receive several of these calls each day. They do not speak, but I also do not hear a phone hang up in the background. There is absolutely no noise whatsoever. I have never heard anything so bizzarre!

Caller does not leave a message. Nor do they speak. I do not hear them hang up. It is absolute silence. Sometimes however, I hear a fax machine.
Please leave us alone. We are tired of this nonstop harrassment and WILL file charges.

Have been getting these same type calls from (940) 381-2159 and other numbers all of which are being generated in Denton, TX.
Does anyone else use BCN Telecom.
I have a theory that my (800) service provider may be creating the calls to increase the bill. (????)
