I received a text from them with this phone # plus and email address. Claims to be mastercard

Think it's a scam. Called it from land line and did not even ask who I was before telling me I had MC problems and requesting my account number.

GOT  this and reported it to the FBI- and my DAD who is a police officer

Yes and it's fraud and I cancelled my cards as I was stupid enough to give the infor out

My husband & I both received a text msg  at the same time this morning on our cell phones from this number.(Same area code as ours)  ID shows: mastercard37@vtext.com.   Msg: (contact-mcard) call941-321-2983

Mastercard Fraud

Both my wife and I got this scam message. I sent it to MastercardAbuse.

This is the area code for Sarasota, Florida - We do not have a MasterCard Center in Sarasota.

Why would Master Card have a 941 number? Seriously. It has to be fraudulent.

Same phony scam as others reported.
Ignored it, but had to waste some time looking it up.

Same here, wife and I got the text message on different days, called the number and computer voice asked for account number, I just hung up.
