Says they are a credit card company that are calling to make your interest rate lower.
When I asked for a number that I can call them back on they had a million excuses.

Called several times, when told to stop calling, called back several time using vulgar words in Hindi or Urdu language with Indian or Pakastani accent. Looks these are criminals from those countries should be kicked out ASAP.

calls multiple times per day.  I asked to be taken off their calling list.  He said 'no way possible'.  I hung up.  He
called back multiple times until I answered the phone and said 'f+++g b+++ch' and hung up.  

Ok...thinking anyone who is called by this operation, should just start calling them back over and over and just laugh and hang up.  call the number back over and over....tie up the lines as much as possible

they wanted me to give them my credit card number- even though they said they had info on the account- when I told them I wouldn't give it to them - they said " oh, we aren't asking for your number, we want to verify the number". They told me they work with Chase, I asked them to give me their number so I could verify that they work with Chase. Of course they wouldn't do that. I wouldn't let the "rep" give me any bull so I kept talking louder and louner and this so called supervisor, told me to shut my trap.- I hung up on them . They had the audacity to call me back to curse me out.

Card Services!!!  We are on the do-not-call list but they call anyway.  They have wheedled credit card numbers and other information out of my wife while I was at work twice now.  This means that we had to cancel her credit cards, so she couldn't use them until the replacements arrived, and we now pay for a credit watch and ID theft protection service.  Here's what my wife got from them:

Callback number is (407) 545-7366, X8041 and ask for Richard or Samuel.  For a good time, look up that number on 800notes too.

Look up other web reports of both numbers if you are at all temped by these people.

Lol I just got a call with the same bs. I asked him what is my mailing address for my account and he flips out and says well let me finish and I said no. Tell me my mailing address on my account. He said im asking you the questions and I said nope quit trying to scam me you little weasel. And he called me and idiot. I called him a jerk ass. Then I hung up on him and he calls me back from another #3053688375 and said idiot and started laughing like and idiot.

This guy called me and offered me a lower interest rate. After I refused to give him my card number he started to swear at me and then told me to f**k off. I laughed and told him that I got him etc. He then called back two times each time threatening to look me up and kick my a*s. I didn't answer his last call and he left a message that he was going to find me and f**k me up, called me a mother f****r ad said that he was going to teach me a lesson. Last words were "I'll be seeing you soon". YES I called the police and they laughed, said that he probably didn't mean it and told me to tell them if I hear from him again.

First got a recorded call from 305-368-8376. After telling the person at the other end to not call me ever again, immediately got a call from 941-312-8222. This was an abusive call using foul language.. I hung up. They called again two more times. I hung up immediately. This harassment must stop.

I just got a call from this number 941-312-8222 and earlier from 305-368-8377.  They are a bunch of scam artists claiming NOT to be a third party. They call saying that I have been approved to receive a lower interest rate on my credit card.  Funny they just assume I had a VISA or MasterCard with a balance, which I don't, so that's strike one.  Next he wanted to verify my account number by me telling it to him!  I called him out on that and said I would like to call back and talk to my credit card directly.  Then he back peddled and said he just wanted the last 4 digits. I told him no and he actually LAUGHED AT ME for even questioning him!!!!  Like how dare I have doubts about a random person calling my house asking for my credit card number!!!!!

After the first call, I called my credit card to make sure everything was ok.  A few hours later, another call from the second number above.  I just simply said, "I do not want to talk to you" and hung up.  BEWARE PEOPLE!!!!!  

My wife received an unsolicited call from this number, 941-312-8222...long story short, she figured it was a scam and hung up on the party who then proceeded to call back several times. Reading the reported messages above, our experience was pretty much the exact same (we never made it to the swearing part as we refused to pick up the phone), including the accent of the man calling (Indian, Pakistani, Urdu?). Something should be done, especially since they keep using the same number. THIS LEGALLY IS HARASSMENT!

Same exact thing just happened to me.

Same as comment one and two.  Called me back six times in a row after I blew a whistle into the phone.  Laughing like a maniac and called me a "mother-----"

Robo-called first, woman's voice did the recording, making it sound like I am their credit card customer, and they have good news for me but I knew right away to hit some key to get on their DNC list, I am already on the National DNC Registry, so why am I getting this call? I do not even HAVE a credit card, nor do I want one! I am finally out of debt and do not plan to get back into debt having a credit card, etc (my own personal taste here). So I know enough, and knew this was some kind of a ploy... once I hit one of the keys on my keypad of the phone, that called me, I start to hear a live voice, a man's voice, he sounded younger, maybe in his 30's... had no evident accent; hard to tell in a way as he was yelling, making fun of my statements, as I started out very nice to him, and started getting angrier and angrier, till I yelled loudly back at him for a change, and hung up. IMMEDIATELY, my phone rings, local SRQ number, did not answer, knowing it was him... and the phone rang again, this is the third call to me now, again, I did not answer and went online to report this abuse, and will report this on every site there is. Old con/scam from a while back, he has had complaints before... and I guess he has gotten away with it, too bad! Wanted to ring his neck, and record it for the Authorities, win my case and laugh all the way to my bank!
