I was sent a text saying it was from Bank of America and that it was highly important and to call that number 941 755 1279

Text from the number claiming to be Bank of America.  Surprise! It isn't....

I got one also. thought I would check, most of this stuff is bogus

Got one today.  Says that is belongs to a Susan Sanders of FL.  Scam.

Got a text claiming to be "Bank of Ameirca", CONTACT US AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. Scam.

I just got it too, saying Immediate Attention Required, contact us as soon as possible.

Claiming to be "Bank of Amierca" that alone clued me in. Has anyone called the number back?

I just tried calling it, phone connected, but no voice on the other end.  Just wanted to ask them what kind of sorry lowlife does this crap.

I also received a call from this number.  Dialed and it did not connect.

HAHAHA wow these scam artists are stupid,  At least use a number that has the same area code as some kind of Bank of America HQ!  They use an area code from Florida when Bank of America is based out of North Carolina and has no major establishment in Florida.  #amateurs #smh

Just got a call stating that it is important to call. Need 5 minutes of your time regarding negative account activity. Total scam. Reported it to BOA as well.DO NOT CALL THE NUMBER BACK or text back.

I also received a text from this number stating immediate actions is required due to suspicious activity. I will not return call.

Text message at 10:45am PST:  "110svx75eebj_IMMEDIATE ATTENTION NEEDED.Delivered-byBank 0F Ameirca_.Call our office 9417551279 .CODE-SUSPICIOUS PURCHASE._443gzdubzxxwlj52ql47duay33"
I laughed out loud transcribing this verbatim from my phone.  Spelling, spacing, punctuation.  This is some kind of joke-scam, right?  Real scammers couldn't be this dumb...

I received a text this morning from the email address g4klnkn17561gtp@viteb.com. The text said, " 870haj79jojr_IMMEDIATE ATTENTION REQUIRED.Delivered-byBank 0F America_.Call our office 9417551279 . CONTACT US AS SOON AS POSSIBLE._868piyudoyozbv40hr " Same as Dave posted just an 1 hr 51 min ago right before me. I Almost called it as I have an arrangement with a roommate that uses Bank of America, but on a hunch I Google'd the phone number and what do you know?! A SCAM!! My text was from an email, not a phone number. Again the phone number they proclaimed was legitimate was 941-755-1279. I transcribed this verbatim from my phone as well as Dave and like him, I'm Amazed at the Horrible grammer!! "Of" is spelled with a Zero instead of a "o"...wow. You can block any further communication from this person if you have a smartphone. Of course, I Hope they aren't that dumb!

Those scam morons don't even know how to spell. Only an idiot would respond to them. They are a stupid as the IRS scammers.

I have received 3 text messages from this number or similar (I deleted them quickly) Each has implied urgent message concerning my Bank of America credit card. I checked with my Identity Fraud company which indicated no problem with my accounts. I became suspicious of phishing because of very odd e-mail address. Looking closely today I notice America is spelled wrong.
