called my landline and hung up on answering machine. caller ID reads: San Juan Cap CA 949-201-1121

This person has called twice today leaving no message the first time and then hanging up on me when I answered the second time.  Caller ID says VOIP Caller.

Many repeated calls-all day

They called me on Saturday, today, at 2:17 p.m. and it said it was "Spitfire" so I thought it was from a business. I did not answer and they did not leave a message.

This number keeps call me, I know they are scammer from a call center.

Yes, voter polling--doing a survey to see if people will vote for Hillary Clinton in 2016.

They call every day starting at around 1:30 in the afternoon and thereafter just about every other hour up until 9:00 PM.
I've asked them to stop calling me, talked to 3 different people, but they still call like mindless robots.

Interesting note:  Unlike many other of these numbers, YOU CAN CALL BACK.  Since I am at home during the day anyway and it is a local # for me, I call the # back and just let the phone ring and ring.  The first time it rang for one hour before an extremely agitated woman answered the phone--so I know that they can hear it ringing on their end and that it annoys them.

Good!  If you are reading this, I encourage you to dial the # and LET IT RING.  Let's see how they like being called incesantly for no good reason.

Shows up as VOIP on caller ID. Didn't say anything and hung up.
