I got a call on my cell, always wait a few rings, answered, got a "Goodbye" like a computer sound when they used to shut down and say good bye. The ID said Irvine CA

Just got phone call that computer said I'm overdrawn and hold on 50 reactivate.

Got a call on my cell they knew my name when I responded they hung up, I called back from another phone recording to hold on while transferred to agent then disconnected.
Who is this?

Is this another collection agency?
I have cancer, cant pay my bills, I'm getting beat up pretty badly out here.

i'm in the same boat, major cancer surgery, bills out the ying-yang and about 10 robo calls a day. as if i dont have enough to worry about. does anyone know who this is? 949-202-4062,

Just got a call at 3:30 in the morning.  No answer no message. California number live on east coast but back from vacation in California less then a week ago.  Unbelievable has to be a scam because no bill collection agency would call that late even if in California it's only midnight.

This caller said my bank account was locked and frozen.  They wanted me to press 2 after prompting but I hung up.  It seems like a scam to get info possibly?

Yes.

After pressing "2", somebody would come online, and ask you questions that might lead to identity theft.

Do this:
Find a recent bank statement, and either go to the website listed on that statement, or call the phone number shown on the statement.  Do NOT use any contact method given you by an unknown caller!

I too have received a message call from this number stating my account had been frozen.  The company name was stated so fast I didn't quite get it tho it sounded like "net".  I went to 2 more messages and recieved a request for the 16 digit acct number.  I hung up tried to call back to find out who they were and was put on hold.  Scam?

I was told when I asked what company was this.  that they were called insurance solutions  and that they could save me money on my auto insurance.  but the operator was definitely not from the us.  India or Indonesia maybe.  I say its a scam  

Received multiple calls from this number.  When I returned it, I was on hold for 5 mins then was told "goodbye" by an automated voice.  

Got a call from this number and did not answer because I did not recognize the number.

Another nuisance call.Stop calling!!!

Came up as VOIP Caller.  Did not bother answering. I have no doubt it's a scam.

they are constantly calling demanding my 16 digit bank account number or my debit card for activation. I do not know these people nor do I need people to get my banking information I have already been a victim of Identity theft and on top of that just two minutes ago my husbands phone rang with the same message and recording but allows an operator with a severe accent

Out of blue this number started calling me twice a day, just like others I answer Computer says Goodbye. I call back get a recording that the number is disconnected. This is not a collection agency. Do not give out any of your information

Received call from (949) 202-4062 at 10:04AM PDT...let it go to voicemail, no message left.  

This not a collection agency - just received 2 calls from the same person from 2 different phone numbers - she yelled at me and hung up.
