I received a voicemail from this # and his harrasing me in that voicemail telling me that I owe him some money and I need a lawyer.

i suggest mr reggie bulan replay that message, since it does not state what he says it does. or he could simply stop dodging calls regarding issues that HE caused. he had the time to go online, he could have returned the phone call

I have received numerous calls from this number stating I owe money and they need my lawyer's name. I called them on it each time they call. I call and bother them just like they call and bother me. I have called the company which they say is Chase. I have called Chase and they stated they do not have an outside collection agency. For him to be a so called professional, he is definitely far from that. He is a joke. I ended my call with giving him a big piece of mind and filed a police report for harassment.
