markwilliam - 6 Nov 2008called looking for me at my office, hung up on my account, called back with a blocked number. caller ID said "Balboa Capital" an equipemtn finance broker company that charges you an up front fee to arange for leasing of equipmet, you still pay if you are not approved. Scam company!
