Called to tell me my warranty was up and they could extend it. Edmonton police warned the public of this scam and advised to just hang up. I told them I knew this was a scam and was promptly told I would be put onto a do not call list and hung up on.

I just got a call on my cell. I hung up immediately. Who wants to pay long distance fees. Scamers should be ashame of themselves.

called from this number as well talking about warranty expiration on a venicle i own .. obviously a scam cause they didnt even know what vehicles i own, if it was a real warranty call they should have all that info dont yah think....duh

I got a call from this automated number regarding expiration of warranty on my vehicle. I never bought a warranty on my vehicle. So I knew it was a scam.
My friends were also received such calls for last few days.

I don't answer call from unknown area codes, especially if they don't leave msg but still calls u. this #, same with the 416 000 so on #, are annoying and most likely scammers! i tried calling them but it's an invalid # or a recording that says, "press 1 to remove ur # on the list". but they never take it out even if u do that, i still get calls from them and it's in my cell they call! shame on them.

Factory warranty extension. I get caled from this number daily!

I GOT A CALL ON MY CELL ABOUT warranty expiration on a vehicle i  donot have a vehicle at all.

Getting calls from this number...warranty on new Saturn just expired, but I dont know how these folks know about it.

Call claiming my vehicle warranty was running out and they would sell me an extended warranty.  I called the number back and there was no identifying information in the message.

THEY CALL EVERYDAY. I have asked to be on the do not call list 6 times in the last week and a half.

Said warranty "may" have expired. This is the first time I received a call from this number. The next time they call, I will be filing a complaint with the FCC since I'm on the do not call list. I can't wait for them to get $10k fines from me.

I just got the call. I just recently had my number changed so I knew that NOONE from a 949 area code would call me. No message was left and when I called back there was the message stating to press "1" if I wanted to be placed on the no call list. pfft.

Warranty on my vehicle?! It's a '91 model! I hope they call again.

Didn't answer...new it was bogus since they were calling work cell. That narrows down who the scum are that are selling numbers.

I got a call from this number, but I missed it and they did not leave a message.  After reading these post, I will not answer if they call again.
