Just had this number call me talking about my credit.

This phone # tried to scam me about an automobile warranty about 1/2 hr ago.  A lady tried to clarify my info and I wouldn't so she became frusterated. She wouldn't answer any of mine. Then I spoke with a man that was just as shady so he put me on hold and I hung up with him.

got a call from this number a second time today..949-256-9153.  some robo-lady starts saying: this is your second warning that your vehicle warranty is expiring soon...and so on.

hung up because i knew this was nonsense based on their previous call.  the robolady says press some keys to connect and renew your warranty...etc etc...but, i didn't press any key and i would advise you not to as well.  who knows what kind of scam these ppl do.

Hi, I just received the same call and when I tried to ask her what vehicle she is talking about she couldn't answer my question(s).  This is a big scam, not sure what they are up to. But don't give out any of your info.  I called my car dealership and they told me this was them.  I told her to not call me again and remove my#.

Hi, I just received this call (last chance must respond) and I knew something was wrong when I ask the lady (what car was she talking about) and she stated: I can't give out that info. (excuse me that is my personal info.you want). I called my dealership and they said be aware - it's a company in the states that got ahold of a list of # and is trying to get people to buy car warranties thru them.  Don't give out any info. and tell them to take you off their list.

I don't even live in the US,I'm from Toronto and I don't own a car and they called with the same second warning on car insurance mumbo jumbo. I hung up immediately, if they call you I suggest you do the same.

Auto warranty scam company, they just called me. I work for a dealership needless to say I had  a little bit of fun giving them the gears asking questions they could not answer. When they call you tell them to bring there A game, espically if you know anything about the auto industry or work in it.

I am from Toronto area. I received a call from this # and they wanted to talk to me about my vehicle warranty. I suspected a scam and asked few questions and the lady didn't tell me the name of their company. So I refused to provide any info.

Seemed a scam to me.

Got the same deal about 2nd warning about auto warranty, i don't even have a car!

Just got a call on my cell phone from this stupid number. It says something about your vehicle warranty, and asks you to press "1" to talk to representative ... I'm in Toronto (area code 416).

Yah, just got the same thing, when I started quizzing them and asking for a manager they hung up.  Imagine that.  And I'm on the NDNCL.  When I brought that up is when they hung up.  I guess they don't like to follow the rules, they'll be shut down soon enough.  And for the record, I don't own a vehicle anywhere close enough to get any warranty coverage.

Received a call just a while ago from this #949-256-9153,when I pick up, the person hang up.

This number has called my cell phone twice in the last week, both times I didn't answer. I called it back from my house phone and got nothing, no ringing, nothing. My suggestion, don't answer!

I got the same recorded message about my vehicle warrantee expiring. It told me to call 1 to speak to a representative, I just hung up.
It is a scam since I just renewed my license plate 2 weeks ago and paid for a new warrantee certificate.

I don't own a car.
