I just got a call from this number.  The Caller-ID showed “HOME SECURITY”.  I did not answer and they did not leave a message.   I have added this number to my blocked call list.  

To block calls like this I got a Panasonic KX-TGE245B that allows me to block up to 250 numbers and/or area-codes.  Panasonic has several new 2014 models that will block that many numbers.  You simply save the CID to the blocked list.  You can also block area codes by adding them to what they call a “Range List” (you are blocking the range of numbers starting with that area code).    

Scammers just called 11:20am on 8/4.  Didn't answer.  I would add it to my blocked list on my Panasonic phone, but it doesn't have a high capacity as the newer ones.

We just got this too in Chicago. Weird how it goes ALL around the country!

Received 2 calls back-to-back this morning from this number.  Caller ID worthless since it is the same as the phone number.  The only thing I can do, since the "do not call" list was a bunch of baloney, is report it here.  I remember everyone I knew being so excited when the "do not call" was implemented, thinking that things would dramatically improve.  Sadly it just continues to gets worse.  It surely seems to me that I reported this exact number in the past and it was a different telemarketing scheme.

Unsolicited spam call from someone offering to upgrade my security system.  Reported to the FCC and FTC.

I got the same call on my cell early this afternoon. Didn't answer it.

I got this call today 8/4/14. I didn't answer, but they left a voice mail saying "Cancel". It was a female voice.

Call from San Juan Cap, CA, really. Did not answer, have no idea what this annoying call was about.

Got a call from this number right after getting a call from from an area code 305-368-8343 number, that I looked up and found was a credit card scam number. I don't know how to block calls! I have comcast phone service.
