This company claims to be Student Loan Consolidation from Fullerton, CA. When I answered the caller stated, "We received information that you were interested in consolidating your student loans, is this correct?"  I chuckled (as I have no student loans) and responded, "No this is not correct?".  The caller said, "I will update your records" and then hung up on me, not offering me any chance to inquire as to how they received my cell number and this erroneous information.  I called the number back to ask and the same man answered, "Hello Bill? Did we just speak?"  I started to respond and he hung up on me again.  I called a 2nd time and a young lady answered.  I asked for her company name and location.  She responded, "Student Loan Consolidation in Fullerton", then she hung up.  

I have NEVER been hung up on by anyone working with a reputable organization.  Beware of this number and organization.

Got a call from this number asking for Gary, saying that this is the Student Loan Consolidation company. I don't have a Gary at this number I said. She hung up? What a waste of time...go away people!

Had numerous calls from this number - dont seem to be able to take No for an answer!!!

Called about student loans. They wanted my FAFSA pin.

Calls average of 8xs a day all hour's!!! Never leave a message and when I answer they hang up!! I'm going to lose it on someone that does decide to talk!!

I get a call from this number several times a day, every week day. I have no idea what they want or how they got my cell number.

They keep calling me every 30 min, and don't leave a voicemail. I ended up blocking the number.

Same here - they have literally called 3 times in the past hour! They never leave a message and now that I know this is a student loan company, I will block mine as well.

There was a FB post about helping to consolidate nursing loans. I went to the site and filled out general info (not SSN or license number) and their website had the bbb listed and looked legit. But now they are calling me and not speaking, not leaving messages.

I keep getting this call, if I keep sending you to voicemail and not answering don't you think I don't want to talk to you

This place has been calling from numerous 949 numbers. Claims to be a student loan. Said they were the company to choose for student loan consolidation. I first asked when exactly did I sign up for this and the guy was like uhhhh I don't quite have any record of when exactly you signed up blah blah blah. They said they were gonna charge an initial fee of $599 and then my loans would go in forbearance. I already am going thru a loan program so I told him that I would need to think about it just so I could check them out online and he proceeded to say oh I understand and I'm sure this other place told you about the better business bureau and I was like what do you mean and then the call got disconnected. Guy sounded weird the whole time. Then I get a call right back from this same number and its some lady saying hello I just got a call from your number and I was like well I jus got a call from this number and she was like oh ok bye and that's it. SCAM. I hope I didn't talk to them too long for them to steal or hack my # or whatever!

I have made the mistake of giving these people a $100 retainer for a weekly payment of $125 to get the $600 payment. At this time (we) my family fell further into a financial bind and can't afford to pay the 4 payments of 125. Now they won't stop calling and if I had known that this blog was here I would have never given one red cent... I have been had and will not give anymore money to the scam.

I keep getting calls to my cell phone for this number. They also said they were a student loan consolidation company. I've never contacted them and asked them to stop but they still call; I just ignore them now.

I am paying for this phone , I wonder is this the real company to help me with the consolidation student loan , how I know that is a real or scam company ? What if it is a real company ? Please help me ?

Download an app called Current Caller ID...it is wonderful. You can block as many calls AND text messages that you want. You can set it to just pick up and hang up or go to voicemail. I don't want a lot of voicemail messages from solicitors so I just set mine to pick up and hang up. It is a great app and absolutely FREE!!! Hope this info is helpful.

I have received numerous calls from this number lately. After reading this I called them back, first Amanda answered and I told her I wanted them to stop calling me. She then hung up on me. Then I called back and the background sounded different, like the person was in a bathroom or a tunnel. She asked if I was Jen and I said yes and to remove my number from her list because I am fed up with the calls and no voicemails. She said ok and then hung up on me. I hope they find out who these people are and shut them down. It's ridiculous!

Same thing happened to me I am so sick of these calls when they are scam artists probably from another country and have been sold all your info.BEWARE OF SCAMS!

I am sick of these scam artists they don`t take no for an answer and claims they have all my personal information how did they even get my number is beyond me. There is no CC & R Associates. Third party transaction is against the law. They must of been sold my information from a social site like facebook or google.
