Received a call from a windows tech (Hibachi) saying my computer was not receiving proper updates. Strange that this number is registered to a landscaping company. Tried to call back and got an automated response to press 1 if I wanted to be put on their do not call list.

Even though they are listed as a landscaping company, it's a scam. They will try to request remote access to your computer. Just hang up and hope they don't call you again. I've received 3 calls just this morning from them.

Three times today these domestic terrorists harassed me. I'm on the do not call list, I wish the federal trade commission would put some  teeth in their gum-job laws. They say each offense is Five Hundred Dollars. So far today they owe me fifteen hundred dollars. Today only, so far I got 6 calls from these scammers. They called my cell over the weekend as well several times. I am losing count as to how much they owe me. I am on a DNC list.  They come up as a landscaping co. Super creepy.

Maybe this number is being spoofed.  I don't call long distance so I don't know who will answer if I call them back.

I answered with "Hello" (to make sure it's not a legitimate bill collector) and it hung up immediately.

Received a call on my cell.  Rejected it.  No message.

Scam, caller said my machine was not receiving Windows updates. Was asked if I had a personal machine or business, when I said business they hung up.

Caller said "needed to update my computer." Told him I worked at IBM and was going to put a reverse trace on this phone call and send the information to NSA with a transcript of our conversation. Could he please stay on the line for 30 more seconds.

Got one of those calls from the supposedly landscapping company from Orange Co. California, the only problem is I live in Orange County Florida and not the same area code.  Won't be getting anymore calls from them, blocked there phone on my cell phone.

Got this call today. Missed it. Was sleeping. Darn!

Received call saying my windows updates were not being received. Warned me I was in danger of losing all of my data. Told him I was running a mac. I told him I am aware of this scam and he became very aggressive.
He speaks with an accent that is very difficult to understand, so I did not catch the name of the company he said he was calling from.

This is a scamming company.
Do not take these calls and do not do what he tells you to do.

Agreed! I keep getting calls through from scammers & solicitors even though I have my number registered for the do not call. It's all a farce.

Someone called from this number. The Caller ID said Landcrafters. The caller said that my computer was having difficulty with updates from Windows. I told her No it was not. Thank you for calling. and I hung up on her.

Obviously if I was having a problem, I'd call them not the other way around.

Same thing. I repeatedly told this moron that I don't have a computer. That didn't stop him from continuing to attempt his con.
