Michelle - 16 Jul 2007I get calls from this number every other day for the last 2 weeks. I was not too suprised at first, as it is an Orange County exchange I believe, and I live in L.A. But they never leave a message, and I cannot call back.
Last time I checked out one of these it turned out to be one of those time share/vacation places out of Florida.

joblo - 5 Apr 2008I've been getting them as well. I've just been ignoring them. There are some scams out there where, if you call the number back you end up being billed a huge amount of money, usually in the $2k range. We've been warned at work to never return calls without any sort of message. The phone carriers won't take any responsibility as the perpetrators are usually not even in the US, but in some offshore place where there's no real recourse.

They don't leave a message and when I call the number an automated voice mail advises that the mail box is full and no messages can be left! The number is a mobile phone based in San Clemente. They need to stop calling me!

This is getting to be too much! - 18 Jul 2007This phone number keeps calling about 8-10 times daily, even on weekends. This is starting to get verrrrrry annoying. No one ever leaves a message, even at times when the call is picked up, no one ever answers. Is this some type of virus that is sent to our telephones lines like the ones on the internet? This really needs to get taken care of immediately. But how? What can a person do when this number keep popping up on our caller id? How can one get this phone number to stop calling and bothering folks? If anyone at all has any nswers please post it asap, so no one else has to go thru this crap! The # is 949-374-5125 and name on caller id is HAVENLINK (seems to be a call center based out of the Philipines according to the internet)

viva - 1 Aug 2007I have been receiving these calls 4 to 6 times a day I don't ever answer, they hang up without leaving a message. I finally was able to place the # on my call screen list available through AT&T. It allows me to screen out unwanted calls and is available as part of my calling services. This is the only thing that has worked to stop these calls. I feel your pain, hope this helps

After the first call I did not try calling, but today when I received the second call from this number I began to get curious, so I decided to try and call back, but all I got was a recording saying "sorry this viocemail box can not receive any more messages. Sorry and error has occurred".

kittenofthesea - 19 Jul 2007Rings 1/2 ring or so. Doesn't leave a msg. Can't call back. Happened 8 times yesterday and several times a day preceding that. VERY ANNOYING! Called Verizon and they can't do anything to block incoming calls or tell me more about the number, but I am being charged minutes for it! They suggested I change my number. Said it's probably a telemarketer, which I don't believe. If it were wouldn't they actually want to speak to someone not just be a pain in the as*? Hubby is afraid it's one of those spyware viruses we saw on the news where they highjack your accessories on your phone like your camera and microphone. What a pain. I live in San Diego. How about you all? Is it a local thing?
