Got a call from this number also and they never leave a message and i try to call back but says they cant get anymore messages so i just keep calling back to see if they ever get annoyed of it and once they pick up i just hang up

this number calls me every day. It IS SO ANNOYING! anyone knows how to stop them??

This number calls me twice a day too but i never pick it up. It just won't stop calling and it's REALLY annoying. It also leaves me messages of weird clicking sounds, so I'm forced to call my voice mail and listen to it in order to delete it. Has anyone else received voice messages from this number too? What bothers me is that I may be charged just by listening to that useless clicking sound.

they get our numbers thru an automatic dialer.  it calls numbers in succession. OR, these telemarketers get a list of potential customers from lists that were sold to them from other places that you may have legitimately signed up for....magazines, exercise clubs, contests...etc, you might try calling the National Do-not call registry. that is a government agency. you should register your cell phone number for do not call. I did. it works. since i moved however, my new home number wasn't registered but i am going to now!!!!! they called me 7 times this weekend!!!    National Do-Not-Call Registry

Details about the National Do-Not-Call Registry
The registry, often called the Do-Not-Call list, gives consumers in the United States the ability to block most telemarketing calls; it has been in place since June 2003. You may register your home and mobile phone numbers for free. Telemarketers must cease all calls to registered numbers within 31 days of registration. Due to a recent change in the law, your entries in the registry no longer expire after five years; you do not have to renew your registration. If you do not want to add a number to the national Do-Not-Call list, you can still prohibit individual telemarketers from calling by asking that they place your number(s) on their company’s do-not-call list.

It should not be necessary to place your cell phone or fax numbers on the list, as they are covered under other FCC regulations prohibiting unsolicited calls. That said, you can still add those numbers to the List and many people do so.

If you prefer, you may also register your number(s) by calling 1-888-382-1222.

Exceptions
Since there are exceptions to the rules covering the Do-Not-Call registry, it does not offer a complete prohibition against unsolicited calls. Most notably:

At first i was woundering who would call like this pretty disterbing this is no pacific manarch its someone calling from there CELL if you feel in anyway treatend call 911 and report this number JUST IN CASE, dont sit on a silent phone call hang up if they do not respond to the frist or secound call out its possible to be tracked that WAY if you need more info look them up for a 4.95 fee on the yellow pages

I recieved aseveral calls from these jerks and decided to block them on my cell phone. Your right you can't block a number on your cell phone but you CAN assign a silent ring tone to the individual number! Hope that helps get some sleep.

Yeah, I've been getting calls at least twice a day now from this number and it's definetely getting annoying.  I've registered at Donotcall.gov but have to wait for the 1 month grace period before they'll allow a complaint for this number. It's really irritating and annoying.

Havenlink has called 3 times in the last 22 hours. They need to stop now!

Everyday twice a day up to five times a day i have this # calling,.... no one says anything.I call back and it says the mailbox is full. It's quite irritating to say the least.

Telemarketing call from 949 374-5125 for Pacific Monarch. Purpose of call is "not to sale you anything" but they want to confirm personal information etc. When questioned, they hang up on you.
Tracked down information on Pacific Monarch which is located in Southern Cal and sales/rents time shares. Pacific Monarch's corporate number is 949 587-2400 and their hours are 9a-5p. I recommend that you call Pacific Monarch and tell them to remove your phone number from their telemarketing call list.

I got a call from this number today. And I also got one from this number yesterday, twice. (210) 804-0864. The 949 number never left a message. And the 210 number called, let it ring once and hung up. Twice...

these people keep calling and do not leave messages and if you pickup they hang up. I put in the 800 number that blocks all advertisements but it takes a month for it to go in to place.

this is the reason I GOT caller id because all the telemarketers but its mostly this number got a call today from 949-374-5125 which the area code 949 could be newport beach, ca. around there... call and hang up like three times in a row... not two not once but THREE times in a row... annoying...

2 days now I have been getting calls from 9493745125, I don't have to answer to know it is no one I want a call from ( area code 949,,,,mine is 510).  The most irritating thing about geting these soliciting phone calls is that 99.9% of the time it is a recording representing,in my opinion, a lathargecly lazy , greedy person who blatenly has no respect for the recipient at all.  Theyare after one thing...separating you from any money they can.  Even if they had something worth while to o
offer, because of the repeditive technique used, I will never even give consideration.
