Confirmed this is a good # and not spam. They have an automated calling service that offers to fix your mortgage. They will either have caller ID blocked or show a fake #. If you opt to be removed from their list it will end the call. It will not remove you from the list. If you select speak to a life operator it will act like it is transfering you to a live person. It will then have a new recording that says all associates are busy right now. Leave your name and a phone # so they can contact you. They then call back with the caller ID showing an actual phone # that you can call back to. In this case (949)379-8029. They answer identifying themselves as "C D A". They can show their actual # now because they have established a business relationship through the first call which was illegal. I know this is how they operate because I gave them the name of our city prosecutor and his phone #. I figure if our legal system can't track these people down I will send the crooks to them. When the caller ID showed the (949)379-8029 the day after the original call they asked for the name of our city prosecutor. I informed them there was nobody by that name here.

Not only are they crooked but they are stupid. If I really wanted them to help me one would figure I would give a real name and my phone #. They are asking that information also to help prove they have a working relationship with you. Well they don't have my real name and I gave them a different # so by calling back to my # is still not authorized and they can not prove a working relationship. I also have the proof of their illegal conduct. Too bad lawmakers don't really care to stop it.
