answered someone named anthony sparks said he was  with ASS legal calling for someone who does not live at my house. threatening with serving legal papers. if the person he is calling for is unknown to me how is he going to serve legal papers. he did not make any sense. i believe this may be some kind of con game or something but he dialed the wrong number but insisted that he had the right number.

Beware of Brian at AFS Legal at 304-212-7104.  Turn him in and ignore him.  DO NOT give him any of your money.  This is a scam and illegal collection company. They are breaking all kinds of laws.  It's too bad that people have to resort to "seedy" jobs like this to earn a living.  It's too bad this Brian does not have the skills or mindset to acquire a real job.  Calling women at work to scare them at their jobs that are  hardworking people and that work 80 hours a week to feed their children is really low down and dirty.  Really Brian - please go find a real job.    This AFS Legal tries to scare you into paying them for illegal online payday loans that  you may or may not have defaulted on.   They try to make you think you will go to jail for "bad check writing" So not true.  The only ones going to jail is the people working for this "seedy" company.  

I got called by 'Katherine Simms of AFS Legal Services , left a message to call w/in 48 hours or face legal action. I called and was told a old debt was looking to serve me papers at work . tO BE ARRESTED ! for an unpaid debt from 05 ! And they had me crying and ranting til I agreed to paid them money but I'm a single parent living off government assistance as well as working . And I had no resources ! I had have tome .They were supposed to me noon time (said they were in California ? But it was a Florida area code 9592411598 ? ) And after researching it. found that this is NOT a debt collector at all/ They are scammer and not  LEGAL AGENT ! Don't give them your number.info, SS# ANYTHING .No money. Check them out on the internet ! They are NOT a collection agent . Report them to your attorney general of your state,FTC, the FBI and local police /sheriff's . They are breaking the law ! They should be ignored and reported DON'T let them scare you !
