I have received harassing calls from this number threatening to have me served papers dispatched by the police to my place of employment. I do not know anything about this firm and they do not identify themselves.

They're unlikely to identify themselves since they're attempting fraud and violating several other laws as well!

The person who answered at that number (recorded message) identified herself as Investigator Pamela Bryant

This scammer call herself Pamela Bryant claim she's with the FBI. And that she's going to serve me papers by the police at my place of employment. If I don't pay a payday loan off.

Man (not Robo) called and asked for someone not living here.  When told this he said OK and hung up.  However this is the 3rd call today asking for this person.  Each time it was a different caller ID number and person calling.  He did not identify himself, nor did he identify the company he was calling for.  From reading the prior postings I think this was part of a scam.
